Update on Taitz v Astrue

1. I am expecting judge Lamberth to rule on my Vaughn motion very soon, hopefully tomorrow. If he follows the law, he should grant it. It will force the government and specifically the SSA to open their cards and show what documentation they have regarding Connecticut Social security number 042-68-4425, which Obama is fraudulently using.
2. next, I am expecting an answer from the director of the Health department Loretta Fuddy, registrar Alvin Onaka and the White House counsel Kathy Ruemmler.
3. My redacted complaint and the first amended complaint will be received by Tuesday and re-docketted
4. On Monday the clerk of the court should docket my motion for Clarification and motin for default judgment based on technical default
I would have moved faster, if not for all the garbage, thousands of pages of it coming from Philip Berg and Gary Kreep. Unfortunately, i have to waste a lot of time, dealing with their garbage, however, this will not stop me.

Orly….What was the outcome of your clarification request? I thought you made an excellent point that the law does not require redacting of phony SS numbers. It seems you got some kind of response because you had to send a redacted version?

no, I sent the redacted pleadings to be on the safe side. They did not docket motion for clarification and motion for default judgment. Please, contact the clerk and ask for them to docket asap

Is a FedEx airbill really valid as proof of service in the eyes of the court? I’m not sure the FedEx driver is a certified process server.

A lawyer should not delegate tasks such as making calls to the court to nonstaff members. You need to hire a good legal secretary to handle these administrative matters for you.
