Today I got a call from Mona Finch, Division Director of the Public Disclosure of the Social Security Administration. She wanted me to destroy some records sent to me by the SSA, as she stated that the records were not sufficiently redacted. I told her that I could destroy them, however it will not do them any good as the records were already posted on my web site which shows on the bottom of the site 42 million visits and those records are a public knowledge now.

I, also, told her that I am concerned about the fact that FOIA officer Dawn Wiggins was not speaking the truth in her response to me. Previously, in 2012, Wiggins stated in writing that SSA has records for Harry Bounel, but she cannot release them due to considerations of privacy. When I cornered Wiggins with evidence that Bounel was born in 1890 and the records have to be released under the 120 year SSA own rule, she suddenly changed the tune and started claiming that she cannot find the records.

I demanded to transfer my case to another FOIA officer. Ms. Finch claimed that they do not have another officer, that my appeal in regards to refusal to provide SS-5 has to be processed by Wiggins. I have serious doubts about this statement, as I am pretty sure I recall seeing a signature of another FOIA officer handling FOIA requests. Also, SSA is a Federal agency serving some 315 million Americans, it is hard to believe that they have only one FOIA officer.

I requested to be transferred to Inspector General. Ms. Finch stated that she cannot transfer me, but she gave me the phone number for Inspector General of SSA to call him directly. I will be making a call shortly.

Members of the public are requested to forward to the IG information below and demand immediate criminal complaint to be filed by the Inspector General against Barack Hussein Obama, aka Barry Soetoro, aka Barry Soebarkah for Social Security fraud and his use of a stolen CT SSN 042-68-4425 of Harry Bounel.

    Orly: it appears to me that they are lying through their eye-teeth!

    All these establishment types have forked tongue (as a Native American would say)! They speak out of both sides of their mouths–all the time! Kerackerfratz!!!!
