Update on MS

While I believe that the state court is preferable to the federal court due to built in conflict of interest, I will try the Rico case against Obama, Pelosi and other accomplices regardless of what will be the poutcome of the decision on remanding back to the state court.
I will not be in contempt of court. I will file in both state and federal courts and do everything i need to do.
Besides, judge Wingate is a Reagan appointee. It could be worse. It could be an Obama or Clinton appointee. Though of course Lamberth was a Reagan appointee as well and showed no decency. This is Federal court for you.
Anyways, I’ll play all the cards I am being dealt. I will continue the fight until I win and witness this criminal with forged papers and all of his accomplices being moved from the WH to the Big house. Obama’s presence in the WH is an assault to the dignity of this nation, it is a slap in the face to each and every American. We can’t allow it. This is the Rubbicon we can’t cross.

Dr. Taitz,
for the RICO-plaint you have to answer a questionaire. The clock is ticking very fast. Will you make it on time ?
Sincerely

@ The European… The RICO questionaire is, not relevant, at this time. Orly’s case is, still pending in the Supreme Court, of MS.

Responding tho the RICO Questionnaire will waive any objections to the jurisdiction of the federal court. In fact, case law specifically states that it is inconsistent to object to federal jurisdiction while acknowledging the federal court’s jurisdiction by participating in discovery. Nevertheless, Orly should respond in some manner, such as writing to the court and stating that she will not be responding to the RICO Questionnaire until the State Court rules on her objection to federal court jurisdiction.
