Appeals court refuses to lift hold on Obama immigration action
    Published May 26, 2015·
    FoxNews.com

    Excerpt:
“A federal appeals court refused Tuesday to allow the implementation, for now, of President Obama’s executive action that could shield from deportation as many as 5 million illegal immigrants.

The U.S. Justice Department had asked the 5th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals to reverse U.S. District Judge Andrew Hanen’s earlier decision temporarily halting the administration’s plan. Hanen issued the temporary hold in February, after 26 states filed a lawsuit alleging Obama’s action was unconstitutional.

Two out of the three judges on a court panel, though, voted Tuesday to deny the government’s request, as the underlying case is argued.”

Great News: There are some American Patriots left, though so few and so far away We the People tend to forget them.

    “ By Stephen Dinan – The Washington Times – Updated: 2:27 p.m. on Tuesday, May 26, 2015
A federal appeals court upheld an injunction against President Obama’s new deportation in a ruling Tuesday that marks the second major legal setback for an administration that had insisted its actions were legal.

The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit ruled in favor of Texas, which had sued to stop the amnesty, on all key points, finding that Mr. Obama’s amnesty likely broke the law governing how big policies are to be written.

“The public interest favors maintenance of the injunction,” the judges wrote in the majority opinion.

Mr. Obama had acted in November to try to grant tentative legal status and work permits to as many as 5 million illegal immigrants, saying he was tired of waiting for Congress to act.

The full amnesty had been scheduled to begin last week, while an earlier part had been slated to accept applications on Feb. 18. But just two days before that, Judge Andrew S. Hanen issued his injunction finding that Mr. Obama had broken the law.

Judge Stephen A. Higginson dissented from Tuesday’s ruling, saying he would have left the fight over immigration policy to the White House and Congress, saying Mr. Obama should have broad discretion to decide who gets deported and how he goes about that.

that is good and expected, but let’s see what will happen in SCOTUS. Roberts and/or Kennedy might swing towards Obama. Roberts swung towards Obama on Obamacare

There should also be a lawsuit on behalf of the

estate of Harrison Bounel, the victim in this.

Where is Tom Fitton on this? Relatives, huh?

    Tell me, Danno!!!

as far as I know he had no heirs, so we can’t file a case on behalf of an estate

I agree with js/js someone should have a lawsuit against Harrison Bounel with SS# attached and see who shows up for court.. He will have to be sworn in as Harrison Bounel..I have a feeling he won’t show up

    Interesting idea. Agree.

Bounel is still the victim, needs justice.

Sue then Obot and Michelle for ID theft of the

SSN and identity fraud. Recipients and co-

    conspirators too, etc.

    Keep hope alive, Danno.

Also sue AG Blumenthal and state of CONN for

allowing and promoting SSA fraud. (1977-1978).

    Do it soon, Danno!!!

Joseph, I can’t sue on behalf of Bounel. An attorney cannot sue on behalf of someone who never hired this attorney. Also, I can’t sue Blumenthal, I have no evidence that Blumenthal had anything to do with this. I can’t just sue with no reason, they will sue me back for malicious prosecution.
If you want to sue them, this is your business.
