Update in regards to the Social Security pleadings and documents in DC

Posted on | June 13, 2013 | 2 Comments

I just got off the phone talking to the DC court. Finally, on the forth day the clerks forwarded to Judge Lamberth’s chambers the pleadings and documents that I sent by FedEx and that were received by the court on Monday morning. The pleadings and documents are on Judge Lamberth’s desk, however Judge Lamberth is not in the court house. I was assured though that he is not on another trip out of town, that he is at a funeral and will be in his office soon and hopefully he will review the documents and will give a leave of curt to docket them asap.

On another note during the House Judiciary Committee hearing today, the Chair of the committee, Congressman   Bob Goodlatte grilled Robert Mueller, Direcctor of the FBI, on James Rosen case and demanded to know if Mueller thinks that it is normal for a subpoena to be hidden for 3 years. Goodlatte appear to be laying at Judge Lamberth’s feet and not buying the story of the clerks going rogue and not posting the subpoena on the docket on their own. He was stating that not only Eric Holder sought this secret subpoena and sought signature of Judge Lamberth to keep it secret for 18 months, but on top of thi,s because Judge Lamberth did not post it on the docket, it was hidden from the public and Congress for 18 more months. So for 3 years we did not know about this secret surveillance of FOX news reporter, all of his e-mails and his parents’ e-mails. Goodlatte did not state that it was a mistake of the clerks, that the subpoena was not docketed. He stated that the judge, who signed the 18 months secret subpoena, did not docket it for 18 more months.

I hope that Judge Lamberth does not do this with current pleadings. It is an undeniable evidence, showing that Obama is using a stolen Social Security number of Harrison J. Bounel and SSA has to disclose it under the 120 year rule.

Lastly, I am asking my supporters not to call the court house today. It was confirmed that the clerks finally forwarded the pleadings to Judge Lamberth, he is at a funeral now. I do not want people calling the court and having him bothered after the funeral.

    Seems like I was right.

I predicted that this Judge would not be anywhere in sight for the paperwork to come in.

I knew there would be an excuse to keep delaying.

He probably won’t be back unless he retires, claims leave of absences..and needs a week of time to get over the person’s funeral.

…Since he had 3 years to not post the James Rosen and parents wiretap files.

It’s a valid situation: I heard FREEDOM, LIBERTY, AND CIVIL RIGHTS died, and he’s paying his last respects.
