I talked today to a clerk at the 11th circuit court of Appeals in Atlanta. There was a requests for some corrections in the opening appeals brief. I will be doing it next week.  My oldest son is coming from college, I will take it easy next week spending some time with my husband and my children and having a holiday party for family and a few long time family friends. I wish everybody happy holidays, happy new year and I greatly appreciate every body’s support.

Dear Dr. Orly-this little Catholic girl didn’t know Hanukkah was also celebrated on Dec 25. I hope you and your family have a very happy holiday. My favorite part-the restoration of Jewish sovereignity and the establishment of the modern state of Israel. May God Bless Israel and protect her.
    https://www.cardfountain.com/holiday_info/hanukkah.php-
Hanukkah, also known as Festival of Lights is a Jewish holiday celebrated on December 25. Before the 20th century, Hanukkah was a relatively minor holiday. However, with the rise of Christmas as the biggest holiday in the Western world and the establishment of the modern state of Israel, Hanukkah began increasingly to serve both as a celebration of the restoration of Jewish sovereignity in Israel and, more importantly, as a December family-oriented gift-giving holiday which could be a Jewish substitute for the Christian one.

    Dear Orly,
You enjoy your family and friends, you truly deserve it…I hope you have a Merry Christmas. Here is just a little prayer for you…

    May God give you…
    For every storm, a rainbow,
    For every tear, a smile,
    For every care, a promise,
And a blessing in each trial.
    For every problem life sends,
    A faithful friend to share,
For every sigh, a sweet song,
And an answer for each prayer.

Also I know I have sent this to you in private emails but her it is again. I pray this for you and for all that are working to bring this evil into the light…

    Saint Michael the Archangel,
    defend us in battle.
Be our protection against the wickedness and snares of the devil.
    May God rebuke him, we humbly pray;
and do Thou, O Prince of the Heavenly Host –
by the Divine Power of God –
cast into hell, satan and all the evil spirits,
who roam throughout the world seeking the ruin of souls.
    AMEN!!

    God Bless,
    Di

Thank you for a year fought hard. You deserve a break.

I suggest one thing about NBC. When you speak, take a cue from Ayn Rand. She took her time in answering questions. From listening to you, it always appears that you are attempting to rush the facts into the conversation, afraid of being cut off. You have are right in assuming that you may be cut off, but it’s better to get a great point in, confidently and clearly, then to allow the interviewers to rush you.

Study how Ayn Rand spoke and take her lead. You can see interviews on You Tube of Ayn Rand speaking.

God bless and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.

    Dear Dr. Orly,
Merry Christmas, Happy Hannukkah, and Happy New Year!
Relax and enjoy some happy times with your family!
Get some much needed rest, for I’m sure that much more work is waiting to be done. The other side isn’t going anywhere, anytime soon.
As we go into the new year, I’m hoping that before this time next year this nightmare will be ended, one way ot the other!
May God continue to bless you and keep you and your family safe!

Unfriendly interviewers rush Orly on purpose. They don’t want the viewing audience to hear what she has to say, even though they’ve invited her on. Orly, when they do that, forcefully say “Excuse me, let me answer your question!” Joy Behar was one of the worst. Don’t let them get away with that. You stay calm, and demand they don’t talk over you or cut you off.

On another note, have a wonderful Christmas and New Year’s celebration with your family. You and your family deserve it! I love you, Orly!!
