    Another piece of garbage judge ruling on what he thinks and not the law. DACA is not law, and as such, President Trump is within his power and authority to terminate this garbage.

    So what would be the result if Trump ignored this judge? Did not Obama start DACA by EO? Why could not Trump end it by EO or ignore the judge’s order?

    Sounds like DACA and the MS13 are on their way
    back to Mexico. Hope the send Obama with them.
    It is Obama headache not Trump headache.

    I agree DACA is not a Congressional law, it is an illegal Obama’s Ex.order law.

    Here’s where the gutless Republicans fail to act, but not the Dems if this were in reverse, they would make such a big stink about it until that judge would be impeached.

    This judge should be brought before Congress and let him explain what law is he upholding? That would make him appear like a jacka** as he tried to explain, which would set a precedent for other liberal judges to be careful because this could happen to them.

    He should be threatened with impeachment for being incompetent. If such action would be taken, other liberal judges would think twice before ruling from the bench.
