Dr. Taitz, before we all give our support to Trump, isn’t it important that we know how he defines a natural born U.S. citizen? He has never mentioned 0bama’s dual citizenship at birth and surely he knows of it if he has a team out investigating the issue…

He’s also never mentioned that 0bama is using someone else’ SSN…

I suspect any day now 0bama’s Hawaii BC will be “found” and Trump will say that he and we were wrong, that 0bama is eligible because he was born in Hawaii. And how will we ever get back our hard-won credibility?

He’d better prepare himself. No doubt CNN is looking to kill the growing interest in the eligibility issue. They’ll use all the tactics used on Dr. Taitz, and then some, methinks. Beware.

I hope Trump now knows that Obama’s being born in the US is only a necessary and not a SUFFICIENT condition to be natural-born. Would he take a call form Orly on this?

Since ‘bitherism’ now is only gonna grow and grow (through stalking horse Trump performing more than a great public service for this nation), we see that again, Palin is “right on the money”!!! Last night she demonstrated this on Judge Jeanine’s TV show by being precisely accurate that she fully grasps that the issue is NOT that Obama was not born in the USA. Palin KNOWS that is a red herring. The real issues have always been assuming he WAS born in Hawaii, the actual issues are: (1) Obama’s ‘dad’ being a British/Kenyan citizen on baby Obama’s birth (making him ineligible to be POTUS under Const. Art 2 Sec 1); (2) Obama’s becoming an Indonesian citizen when adopted by Lolo Sortero so on his return he would at best be only a “naturalized citizen” and/or (3) something more than embarassing on his birth certificate such as his ‘grandmother’ being his actual mother and his ‘mother’ being his actual sister and/or Frank Marshall Davis being his actual dad.

Palin is simply jumping from one side to nother and I can’t trust her. We don’t know, where she will be tomorrow. Trump is consistently sticking to issues, he is better on economy and therefore my vote goes to Trump

Orly, didn’t you post another person’s birth certificate from Hawaii from around the same time as BHO? I mean it was a long form birth certificate? Thanks!

I must agree with you, Dr Taitz.

At first Palin said “birtherism” was a distraction.

    Now she lauds Trump.

Even if Obama WERE born in Hawaii, we KNOW he has and has had citizenship other than American.

How the Democratic National Committee thought they could get away with such an assault on the Constitution should send shivers down the spine of every citizen who cherishes a democratic republic based on Constitutional principals.

Trump is right in focusing on the obvious!

It is OCCAM’s RAZOR…Obama and the DNC say “Barry” was born in Hawaii. There is no confirmation of such and plenty to point elsewhere. Hence, it is PRUDENT to DOUBT the veracity of that claim.

The wacky Social Security Number, foreign adoption, and “Soebarkah” are moldy cherries on the nasty cake of deceit and denigration of the Nation.

The point with Trump is that he has moved the issue forward like hasnt been done before in spite of great effort by many. So, even if he does “flip”, he will have done a great service to advance the discussion and leave us no worse off than we were previously-arguing the obvious-Obama is not eligible simply because he was not born to “American citizens” (as is clearly stated in the text of Senate Resolution 511 which was the result of the Democrat inquisition into the eligibility of John McCain in Apr. 08. So dont dispair-the truth is on its way-it just may take more or less time depending on the circumstances.

You should distrust Trump for the very same reason distrust Palin. Where has he been for the past three yrs? Surely, an intelligent, worldly man like Trump has known of this issue for some time?

is a Default Judgment?A default jumdegnt is a jumdegnt entered by the Court granting the other party’s request for relief contained in his/her Motion. The judge still has to explain the conditions of his default judgement. That could be to order what the motion demanded originally. If it is presented it will be examined for truth and decision re: ballot eligibility will be made. If it is not presented the recommendation will be made according to GA law to exclude Obama from ballot.
