I would recommend US District Judge Andrew Hanen, who stopped Obama-amnesty with an injunction.

Orly maybe Mr. Trump should nominate you. You will get confirmed easily for being more of a constitutionalist than even Scalia.

One question- will your status as a foreigner/alien with a problem?

It doesnt matter. Since Congress is out on recess, Hussein will make a recess appointment to replace Scalia and it will no.doubt be another radical Communist.

I don’t think constitutionally he can make a recess appointment of a Supreme Court judge, a lifetime position without congressional confirmation. there is no law or precedent allowing it

Trump will not nominate me. I hope he nominates a conservative judge with a proven record, such as Judge Hanen.
PS. I am a naturalized US citizen and constitutionally this is not a problem, not an impediment for a nomination. You do not have to be a natural born citizen to be a judge on any court.

I, also, felt that this was his worst debate.
