    Are you kidding? Let this go to the SC and risk losing before he has had time to seriously financially damage all those companies? No way! And think of the money his rich lawyer buddies are making as this drags on and on. And the damage to the economy the uncertainty is causing. The whole scheme is working perfectly for Obama – he would walk through fire to keep it from the SC.

    A lot can happen between now and when it is finally settled. The longer he holds off the more it costs everyone. And there is always the chance that something will happen that will negate the challenges – war, natural disaster, economic collapse, a manufactured crisis – and he would be home free.
