    Obama tied the Top Military Brass’ hands when it came to the fight against ISIS. He told them he wanted zero collateral damage. They all told him it was impossible to wage war against these savages with no collateral damage. He told them he didn’t care. That unless they could assure no collateral damage he wouldn’t allow the necessary tactics to be implemented. That was his sneaky little way of aiding ISIS.
