    Which means it’s a political decision and possibly allows other states to challenge drilling leases off their coast. But there likely won’t be drilling anywhere on the west coast anyway as States can block pipelines our shipping in the 3 miles of their territorial waters.

    This is troubling, especially when taken with what looks like a softening on DACA. Trump needs to stay strong and we need to let him know that’s why we voted for him.
