    Who are the players?

    Mr.Obama—Muslim
    Mr. Obama administration – supports Muslims
    Iran — Muslim
    Congress — Kafir – non-believers in Allah
    Countries involved in the sanctions—Kafir—non-believers
    Population of US — Kafirs – non-believers.

    According to Islam (Fundamental trilogy: Koran, Sira, and Hadith), Muslims are obligated to deceive, mock, humiliate, and destroy Kafirs, depending on what is politically suitable to Muslims.

    So Iran may participate in treaties with Kafirs, but need not be faithful to these treaties.

    Mr. Obama is obligated to support Iran as this relationship is between Muslims, but Mr. Obama has no obligations and can lie to other participant in sanctions against Iran, Congress and Americans as they are Kafirs.

    Is this treason? This is treason for the USA and American people and other participants in sanctions – these are Kafirs.

    This is not treason for Iran, and Mr. Obama, and his administration as they represent the interests of Islam and are obligated to follow the fundamentals of Islam.
