   Orly: is it legal for them to refuse to open and respond to your request?

   And did they say whom the person was that refused to open and respond?

   Can you file anything to force them to cooperate?

   Is there any recourse now? Same type of individuals who work as Supreme Court clerks are dutifully employed by SSA. Keep the charade going and the emperor’s clothes on or they lose their jobs. When’s it all going to end ..

   It only says the MAILROOM should not open it. It didn’t say mail shouldn’t be delivered.
   Maybe someone doesn’t want people (peons) in the mailroom to read some letters which should go unopened to addressee.

   The only way to insure it is received and signed for is to have a local attorney take it over and hand deliver it to its rightful owner and have them sign saying they received it.

   Dr. Taitz; I have followed your fight for years–and I’m shocked that this request wasn’t sent certified, return receipt? The fact that the public isn’t allowed in their own buildings is astounding! Has this just been SINCE the “sequester”–or was it on-going? Getting information in this “transparent” administration is like pulling teeth! HOW can we stop it?

   you can start by organizing a protest in front of your local federal building or SSA building. Bring fliers showing Obama’s bogus IDs. Send me the pictures of your local protest

    conspirator, Colvin. IMO. Typical stonewalling and illegal behavior to obstruct justice.

    Send all future notes, cards, letters, etc. Certified ONLY, USPS, and use also some
    FEDEX too. If Certified, do it in duplicate, one to the client/person/accused, and one to
    the LEGAL COUNSEL of the Agency involved. That
    way, the rats are fully cornered. IMO.

    Book the bums, Danno!!!

    More treason by Wiggins & Colvin, IMO. This is
    typcial illegal stonewalling and a form of
    obstruction of justice. Delay of data on
    purpose.

    Send all data, letters via CERTIFIED MAIL only,
    via USPS. Send in duplicate too. One to
    the person/defendant/accused/FOIA holder, etc.,
    and one to the LEGAL COUNSEL of the Agency.
    That way, you have the rats cornered. IMO.
    FEDEX to death, too. Do not cease and desist.
