To Judge David O. Carter from Mr. Wilmott

Posted on | July 5, 2009 | 33 Comments

Hon. David O. Carter

U.S. District Court

411 W. 4th Street

Santa Ana, CA 92701

Dear Judge Carter,

I am so tired of writing letters to the biased media, corrupt politicians, law enforcement and judicial officers who refuse to do their jobs. Common sense will tell you that the man currently known as Barack Hussein Obama is hiding his true identity.  Since he has occupied the White House he and his minions have shown a repeated disdain for the Constitution and the rule of law.  “Obama” (we don’t even know if that is his legal name) has shown unparalleled arrogance in refusing to produce documentation to the American people that would prove once and for all his legitimacy to hold the office of POTUS.

The Constitution is clear on this issue and yet the courts continually refuse to allow a myriad of plaintiffs have their day in court. This is fundamentally un-American and sets a precedent for a government that is no longer “…of the people, by the people and for the people.”

I am simply going to let the words of three great Americans make the case for me. I sincerely hope that you will reflect upon their words of wisdom:

“Our safety, our liberty, depends upon preserving the Constitution of the United States as our fathers made it inviolate. The people of the United States are the rightful masters of both Congress and the courts – not to overthrow the Constitution, but to overthrow the men who pervert the Constitution.”
— Abraham Lincoln

“Government is instituted for the common good; for the protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness of the people; and not for profit, honor, or private interest of any one man, family, or class of men; therefore, the people alone have an incontestable, unalienable, and indefeasible right to institute government; and to reform, alter, or totally change the same, when their protection, safety, prosperity, and happiness require it.”
— John Adams

The issue today is the same as it has been throughout all history, whether man shall be allowed to govern himself or be ruled by a small elite.”
— Thomas Jefferson

I trust that on July 13, 2009, you will have both the wisdom and the courage to defer to the rule of law and do your duty to uphold the Constitution of the United States of America.

Thank you in advance,

Gary M. Wilmott

I want to know why ALL of my comments on the Mary Adams death threat thread are STILL “awaiting moderation”. Other people submitted messages MANY HOURS after I sent mine, and theirs are posted on the blog. Why are mine still sitting in limbo? This is unacceptable. I have never done anything but offer encouragement and support. Yet the posts from Obots who use the word “fuck” and call you an “anti-American bitch” are posted immediately.

I urge everyone to take the time to write a brief letter to Judge Carter. I am more than happy to forward your letters to Orly. You may fax your letters to my home fax 805-306-9400. Please sign your letters and at least indicate what state you are in. I implore you to take the time to do so. Remember that Orly needs OUR help. She cannot do this alone. She has sacrificed so much. I don’t think it is too much for everyone to take 15 to 30 minutes to express your feelings on this issue. Sitting on our hands and reading posts will not get the job done. Thanks – Gary

13% of FOX is owned by Saudi Arabia and i believe, this is the reason they are allowed to do some barking, to show an illusion of free speech, but there is a gag order on them not to talk about the only issue, that will make a difference-Obama’s illegitimacy for presidency

I too find it appalling that FOX refuses to address Barry’s birth certifiate issue. Someone is pulling their strings and were just watching the show. What a farce. It is going to backfire on them and soon. The only independant broadcaster who could carry the torch would be Michael Savage. In the past he has had Phil Berg on his program. It has been suggested that Obama’s minions tried to attack Savage by getting him blackballed from England (case still pending).
So, timing might be right for a one on one interview between Savage and Orly. Can anybody set this up, if it is warranted at this time.

Why in God’s name would we ever sell a piece of our media, whether TV or print, to a foreign entity??? Any birdbrain could see this is not a good idea. If foreigners (who don’t like us, which is to say the majority) own any part of our information dissemination process, they will apply pressure for us to hear and learn only what they want us to, e.g., Saudis owning part of FOX. Whose lousy (and dangerous) idea was this?? This was a very bad move that needs to be reversed.

Could World Net Daily join forces with us patriots. Use the billboard money to pay for tv commercials to expose the nobama issue? If joseph Farah could put the donation on his site. Abc, nbc and cbs probably wouldnt air it but there are cable channels that mgiht. Orly, joseph and some of the military plaintiffs could actually do the commerical, brief and to the point. This would inform millions.

I called Savage about 6 weeks or so ago. He was rude and insulting. He said that HE KNEW everything about the BC issue (laughable) and that it was going nowhere. I called to tell him he could be an American hero and it could be a way at getting back at Obama who he routinely bashes and calls illegitimate no less and accuses (probably accurately) of being behind the English visitation ban.

I think Savage cut me off during most of my rant. I don’t know what got out on the air. [all of these talk show hosts and screeners are rude and very controlling] I am convinced that his employer has reigned him in on the issue. He is not as independent as he would like us to believe. He had talked about the BC issue several months ago and he actually sounded quite ignorant about all of the underlying facts. In fact some of his questions and comments were dumb.

He won’t touch it now. I think it is funny how he implores his listeners for help and money…but he won’t do anything for us. He even runs an ad on radio for his legal battle with English government regarding his ban, soliciting money and he doesn’t even say thank you in the ad. He is arrogant like our so-called POTUS.

    In response to “The Phoenix”

Besides the Saudia’s owning 13% of Fox News Channel, Rupert Murdock, owner of Fox News Channel, is a liberal and a member of “The Bilderburg Group.” I encourage you to read “The True Story of the Bilderburg Group. There are two books out now from the author of these books by Daniel Estulin. This will open your eyes as to who Murdock really is and what he believes. Murdock is simply a businessman and saw creating an alternative media channel as money in his pocket. Now you are seeing and hearing what O’Reilly, Hannity and Beck really believe. THEY ARE ALL FAKES. Look at what Shepherd Smith just said on Fox News about us patriots challenging BHO’s elligibility. It is hard for me to even watch or listen to these people without throwing up.

    Great letter!
    Venerable and indisputable arguments!

Regarding FOX news, it is a property of News Corporation, a publicly traded company with assets ranging from print media to audio video media spanning the globe. That includes books, magazines, newspapers, films, cable TV, broadcast TV and other things. It’s freely traded on the NASDAQ and AMEX. It’s ticker symbol is NWS. On these exchanges the public is invited to trade and invest.

Although it is a two sided coin, both enemy and trading partner to the industrialized nations of the world, Saudi Arabia is free to buy publicly traded property. If News Corp. were in private hands transfer of the property might be governed more by national security interests.

There is a Saudi Prince that owns at least a percentage of the 13 percent of Fox referred to above. Previously it was 5 percent.

And remembered BHO bowed to the King of Saudi Arabia????

  25. pjr
    July 6th, 2009 @ 9:45 pm

    S.H.:

It just so happens that when one KISSES the ring of the Saudi king, bowing is incidental, i.e., attendant to the kiss. Kissing the ring, in Islam, states that one recognizes the authority of the king and that the kisser is SUBORDINATE TO and SUBMITS TO that authority. B.O.’s a kiss-up.

Gary, I listen (and watch) a whole host of right-leaning stations. If you remember back early last fall, even Hannity on the radio briefly talked with Jerome Corsi who said he had convincing evidence from his trip to Kenya. It was all over the radio for about a day and then…VOILA!…it was off the net as well. I’m with you. I think we all understand that media (in any form) is a “ratings” game. But I also believe that, as much as “entertainers” won’t admit, it’s a “behind-the-lines” political game…so rest assured, someone said something to someone and now everyone is passe. Of all people, even Glen Beck doesn’t seem to want to touch this. BUT, I do believe there may be more than one way to skin a cat. Let’s take Glen as an example. Look at the fervor in which he has been approaching the ACORN issue over the past couple months, or now as it is called, COI (Community Organizations International). What makes me ponder this is whether or not he’s looking for a connection to Obama that will have a more decided impact. I’m with ‘ya on the Constitutional issue. To me, that is more important, but it seems it’s not to any of our political leadership. For me, the importance is that this question lies as the very basis for law in this country in the first place. If the highest, and arguably most powerful position in the world, is not being held by a citizen of this country in compliance with the law of our Constitution, why should any of us follow ANY laws in this country? That may be an oversimplification but I think you get my point. Leadership by example, and in my book, there are few “leadership examples” that exist in our political and media elite presently. O.K., I’ve blabbed enough.

All I can say is – U.S. District Judge David O. Carter – don’t let them twist your arm with their gangster government! Judge Carter – you do the right thing for the American People – and what our Constitution is all about. If Obama and his appointees don’t like the USA how it was founded and what made it great – then they should pack their bags and get out of our White House!!! PERIOD!

I applaud your letter and I have a question. Who appointed Judge Carter ? It would also be interesting to know his party affiliation.
Knowing the rapidity with which the administration squelches any threatening issue, I am actually praying that this hearing is held and the TRUTH is finally revealed.
Judge Carter has shown courage in ruling to hold a hearing;hopefully, he will be successful and safe now and throughout the proceedings.

In response to Norma, Judge David Carter was appointed by Bill Clinton in June 1998 to fill a seat vacated by William J. Rea. I found this on Wikipedia (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/David_O._Carter), and on this issue, I think one can rely on the post. (We all know that some of the “page guardians” of Wikipedia are editing out info unfavorable to Obama/Soetoro.)

This bio does not state Judge Carter’s political affiliation. If anyone reading this works in a California law firm (or law library), they can likely find this out. The firm from which I retired used to keep large binders containing the judicial profiles published in each issue of the LA Daily Journal. These were filed alphabetically by judge’s name and included both state and federal judges. The Daily Journal profile includes the judge’s political affiliation (and usually religion).

Of interest to me is that Judge Carter was also a Marine; let’s hope he retains the kind of courage it took fight the battle of Khe Sahn!
