It is far past the point that for the Conservative media to take a
stand or stop the charade that they give a damn whatsoever about those
of us in the military. Please feel free to post this letter to Glenn
Beck and give it the widest dissemination possible. If they are afraid
of losing their jobs over this….. I remind them of Maj Cook.

I will get right to the point. Either out of ignorance or with intent
your recent comments on your television program are nothing less than a
slap right across the face of each and every Soldier that serves and has
ever served this great Country. How could you do this to us? You contend
that you are supportive of the military and yet when it comes to an
issue vitally important to us you scoffed, demeaned and ridiculed those
of us who serve and are fighting to defend the Constitution. You placed
us right along side Whoopi Goldberg who, to my knowledge, never served
in the military a day in her life. You have insulted our intellect and
integrity. Until now I had been a big supporter of you. Now I am left to
question your very motives. Has money become your new God or was it
simply a mistake on your part? Whatever the case is, I need and deserve
an explanation and an apology for your actions.
There is little more we military ask of our Country in return for our
service other than to be respected and given the benefits we earn in
peace and on the field of battle. Of paramount importance to me and most
every American soldier is that we fulfill our duty with honor and that
we are given lawful orders and not left to question or have cause for
reservation. As we take our oath without reservation we should not be
given reservation by those appointed above us. If we are to be sent into
harms way, there should be no doubt whatsoever, we are being sent by
someone who has the moral AND the legal authority to do this.
This is an indisputable fact. The ONLY evidence that Barak Hussein
Obama himself has been willing to produce to assure us he has that
authority is an altered ( sanitized serial number ) COLB posted on HIS
web site “fight the smears”. That is it and NOTHING more. This is
absolutely absurd. I refuse to accept any .com outfit as the proper
authority to certify the authenticity or legal substance of this
document and be involved in the vetting process of a President as many
in Congress have done; derelict cowards! Obama has hired teams of
attorneys to prevent releasing the long form vault copy of his birth
certificate so that what he presented can be substantiated as a valid
extract of information from the original as well as other vital
documents to prove he is even a US citizen. If you doubt this, ask
anyone who claims to have seen his birth; what is the doctors name on
the certificate? As a Physician, I know what information is on a birth
certificate and so should you. If they can not tell you the name of the
Doctors they have not seen it.
There are other issues as well; specifically Obama’s father who was
Kenyan and was NEVER a US citizen. To be considered in full compliance
of the Natural Born Citizen clause I contend you must have BOTH parents
US citizens and be born in the US. The founders recognized that the
power of the President over the military was not to be taken lightly.
They wanted to insure, as best they could, the person who held that
office would have an undivided loyalty to the Union and not compromise
their hard won liberty by any device. The BEST that they could do was to
require that the President be born in the United States but more
importantly be raised by parents (pleural) who themselves did not have
divided loyalty and thus would have to be US citizens. Given the
paternal nature of society at the time this is especially true with
regard to the father. Nevertheless, this issue if need be should be
addressed by the Supreme Court which they have failed to do and no court
to date has heard this case on the merits.
Let me be clear, as a military officer I have a legitimate reason to
question ANY order if there is a good faith reason to doubt it, even
from the President, as my officer oath is to the Constitution, not him.
Based on the information I have I am justified in my right to question
and I am being denied the answer. Have you yourself not seen enough to
doubt anything Obama has said? Why do you believe him about this? Why do
you believe anyone who attacks us for even asking? Stop and think then
listen to your instincts. There is something he is hiding that is
vitally important and we have a right to know what that is as it
potentially has bearing on the legality of the orders he gives us.
We are not a bunch of “tin foil hat birther conspiracy
theorists”. We are wise enough to know that before you conjecture
regarding a “conspiracy” you must first establish if there has been
a crime and only then ask if it is reasonable multiple people are
complicit. It is those who discredit us, as YOU have, that resort to the
postulation of a “conspiracy theory” to dismiss our reasonable
concerns before the documentary evidence is examined; a typical Saul
Alinsky tactic which you now have used against us! You have seen it used
over and over so you should recognize it. We are NOT postulating any
conspiracy theory, we want to see the documents and THEN decide if there
is a problem and who would or should have reasonably known.
You are not alone. Even Gov. Mike Huckabee went so far as to
“postulate a theory” that Hillary would have been “all over
it” if it were true, discrediting us rather than take a stand and
demand Barak Obama release the evidentiary documents to put this to
rest. I recognize that it is much easier for others to postulate a
“theory” why a breech of our Constitution “could not possibly
have happened” then cower and hide from a serious effort to discover
the truth and take a stand. We have a special term for this in the
military and let me just say it is not endearing. Please pass this along
to your Colleague and Ann Coulter, Bill O Reilly too if you see them;
shame on all of you. I gave all of you more credit than that, of all
people you should recognize the tactics of the radical left.
You ask America to stand up for the Constitution and when those of us
who risk our reputations and our fortunes do so, you ridicule us. Take a
long hard look in the mirror and ask yourself; have I failed to give due
consideration and respect to the American soldier by my actions? Have I
contributed to a mass effort by the Radical Elements in our country to
bring discredit upon them and upon the Constitution they fight and die
to preserve? If the answer is yes then I challenge you and your
colleagues to stand with us and demand that Barak Obama release all the
documents he currently has sealed and begin to put this issue to rest
and do not cease in your efforts until we have an answer.

Shouldn’t this letter be addressed to Bill O’Reilly? Or did I miss one of Beck’s shows? Bill is the one who has been so disdainful. In fact, all of them at Fox have brushed it off. Shepard Smith called us “crazies.” (And he reports the news? Why aren’t they talking about firing him?) I think Bill doesn’t know the difference between a citizen and natural born citizen because he did say, “Of course he’s a citizen!”
I think they have sold their souls for the money and prestige they are enjoying and simply don’t want to rock the boat.
Someone please clue me in on what Beck said.

Thanks for reading this! It was actually Glenn Beck who put us in the same category as Whoopi Goldberg. He was talking about her and how stupid it was for her to say that we never went to moon and then stated the next crazy thing people would start saying was that Obama was not a citizen or something to that effect. While I do not recall his exact words the association was clear. I am not certain however about his intent so I thought I would give him the chance to explain and to stand up with us… we will see. So the letter is addressed to the person I intended it for. If he is who I really think he is, a patriot, he will stand up with us and fight with us like hell or at least explain his actions.

Way to go, Colonel! Where oh where are the rest of the military members who took the oath to support and defend the Constitution? Are we just a nation of cowards and lackeys who find cover behind a marxist agenda for this nation something to run to, instead of fight against? God help us if the majority of our military cannot even protect us from domestic terrorists (let’s call them for what they are!) and are unwilling to uphold their oath to the Constitution. What will happen when terrorists outside this country, aided and abetted by those inside, make a move against this nation? Perish the thought, but it is a very real possibility with the corrupt and evil administration we now have in D.C. which wants to play God with the citizens of this country. I pray every day that God Almighty will vindicate truth and raise up a judge who has the fortitude to adjudicate this issue once and for all with discovery giving us all those birth, education, and travel documents!

I’m not sure what Beck said either. I did hear Oreilly, Coulter and Smith laugh and ridicule the ones that are questioning the eligibility of No-blah-ma. I read that Saudi Arabia has stock in fox news and there must be a gag order for them NOT to report it. Fox new anchors repeatedly (Glenn Beck especially) whine and complain about No-Blah-ma’s actions and agendas, remind people to stand up for the constitution and criticize the MSM for selling out America for money or power yet they are guilty of doing the same as the MSM. I have to wonder if it is all staged, that Fox IS part of the grand scheme of being in the tank for No-blah-ma and just painting a picture that they really care. Orly has presented enough evidence that anyone in their right mind can see the plain writing on the wall that this thug is usurping the office. If Beck, Greta, Smith, Oreilly and Hannity are so worried why dont they get to the bottome of this, aid in removing this big eared freak, his horse faced wife and his chicago thug administration and help save America. Is it all do to ratings? Is there so much negative news due to this corrupt government that keeps fox ratings up? If they expose Nobama does foxnews see their ratings dropping because there is nothing interesting for people to watch? Dear Kathy,
Do not be too hard on the other military. I undertand what a difficult position it is for all of us. Just look at what happend to Maj Cook. There are officers who have many years vested and have few options other than the military whose families, to include their children, will suffer if they stand up and demand resolution. So you see that it is pitting their honor as the oath demands against their love and concern for their families. This is one of the most hideous aspects of the situation and why I have written so much about the damage it is doing. Pray for them and realize that freedom and its defense is a burden to be shared by all not just the American soldier. Thank you for your passion and with Gods blessing and the support and will of the Amerfican people we will win !!!

Lincoln was a very wise man. If he were alive today, I am confident he would fall into the classification of “birther” along with the few of us who do not believe the lies being spewed out by all these so called jouranlists. When Obama originally gave Queen’s as his birthplace, the UPI, Snopes, and others reported this as FACT. But, when for some unknown reason, he decided to use Kapiolani as his birthplace, historian Maraniss, Rep. Abercrombie, and Honolulu newspapers began to use this FACT, the earlier agencies CHANGED their FACTS! And now they call me an idiot for not believing their FACTS. How ridiculous and weird is this?
What bothers me the most is that we can’t find ONE decent public servant willing to stand up to this arrogant insulting of a group of Americans demanding only truth. The only thing that keeps me from despairing is knowing that God is on the throne. His promises are sure. He will save his people.

Thank you Lt Col David A. Earl -Graef for you service. Also, for your well written letter. You need to do a video of this and put it out on you tube. So many people do not know that their president is illegal. They don’t even know what the qualifications are. Obliviously our own elected officials do not know. What a shame. We have been asleep far too long in America. Now that we are awake, it is going to be a tough fight to gain our freedoms back. I am willing to do what is necessary. I don’t have much too offer, but I do know that power and money is the only thing these thugs know. So, my advice is to boycott every phase of their existence. No more donations to ANY party! Turn TV’s off. Don’t buy from the sponsors. Don’t just write and tell them we are going to do this, DO IT! I am boycotting Walmart, and that is not easy, but it can be done. Someone on Orly’s web site gave a link that I followed. One of the commenters stated that he thought it was possible Orly was what the Communists call “CONTROLLED OPPOSITION”. Apparently this is a strategy much like a smoke screen where people are hoodwinked into thinking something is being done about a problem but in reality the “opposition” is being controlled to serve the Commies own agenda.
So now the question arises: Are those in Fox News just the CONTROLLED OPPOSITION of the MSM? Are they just the usual “useful idiots” to make the people think they are being informed, when in reality it is all just a ruse?
Remember how O’Reilly disgustingly pussy-footed like a wimp when he interviewed Obama? If we can have an evil, corrupt, impostor sit in our oval office and very few even question his eligibility, then anything is possible!

Well, that makes sense. “Useful idiots”… I haven’t been able to put my finger on it…but I’ve stopped watching Fox and started doing my own research. Something was bothering me terribly about their disinterest in the “ineligibility” story. It just struck me as very weird. I watched the interview of that former KGB member yesterday…and that phrase “useful idiots” stuck with me. I went to sleep last night thinking about it. Now I understand. I think you may have something there…
Scary as that is. I did think we could at least trust Fox.

Great letter, Lt. Col. and I can understand how you feel. It’s tough being a “birther” and watching this country go down the drain because of a Kenyan Muslim bastard in the White House, a Trojan horse of the worst kind.
I joined the 9-12 Project but, after a very short time, it seemed like Glenn was saying just enough to get us all going and that he wanted us to carry the torch while he stood aside and watched to see what would develop. That’s not a leader, that’s a tease. I’ve been sticking my neck way out there and wouldn’t be surprised to find the Secret Service on my doorstep any minute…but let them come.
My father was KIA in France during WWII while serving this great country and, if it comes to that, I’ll do the same on this soil. I can understand your feelings about this evil situation, and I’m backing your efforts 100%.

Well done Colonel, and very well written!! I’ve written letters such as yours to Beck, O’Reilly and Hannity myself without a single response. It’s my belief, considering that even Ann Coulter is now carrying water for Obama, that these people fear something far more than they fear Barack Hussein Obama. I think they fear the inevitable repercussions that would result if Obama were found ineligible. It’s a huge conspiracy to discredit those of us who question Obama’s eligibility and to cover up this whole issue.
However, I’ve noticed that now that Obama’s approval ratings are tanking, the subject is being given more coverage. Beck, O’Reilly and hannity have lost all credibility with me. My hat goes off to CNN’s Lou Dobbs. I read a recent article entitled “Who’s Looking Out For You? Bill O’Reilly or Lou Dobbs?” As it now stands, it’s Dobbs and he’s sworn he will not back down on this issue.
I have to believe that the truth will prevail. I HAVE to believe that as, with the way things are going, it’s the only hope America has.

I do think that Fox News has become the controlled opposition. They began as an outstanding watchdog on government in 1996 when Tony Snow launched the station in 1996.
But now with Rupert Murdoch firmly in Obama’s camp, Fox has become nothing more than an Obama lapdog. They don’t discuss anything thoroughly anymore except perhaps the health care proposal. Other “news” is about celebrities and featured female guests with the lowest necklines I have ever seen and refuse to watch.

I am also wondering if Glenn Beck every mentioned the eligibility issue. To date, I have not heard it, although I could have missed it.
This evening I heard him say that his “investigative teams” have been researching a few things thoroughly and that he’ll “report on these things” when he can. He didn’t give a hint as to what they are.
If he doesn’t report on the eligibility problem soon, he’ll be way behind the curve. I was a big Glenn Beck fan until he scoffed at the eligibility question and shut down a caller to his radio show. I let him know that I wouldn’t be listening anymore, and I don’t. My husband puts his TV show on in the evenings, so I can’t help but hear.

I tried to post this letter on Glenn Beck’s new webpage ‘Watchdog’. Because it requires the use of Twitter, I opted to send it to him via Email. I don’t participate in any of the social networking tools. Big brother already knows far more than they need to know about us. I copied Orly on my message to him. I only hope he has someone on his staff post it on his Watchdog page and get’s involved.
Lt Col David A. Earl -Graef, thank you for your great letter. I hope the families of the fallen soldiers realize that an illegal administration has committed a crime by placing their loved one in harms way, likely without legal authority to administer orders to serve in this new battle zone.

I have been saying for months now that Fox News is playing “Good Cop, Bad Cop”. They are giving the illusion that they are on the opposition (Conservative) side, but in reality all of their people are making millions of dollars and the network is owned by Rupert Murdock ( a billionaire), none of those greedy woosies are going stand up for the Constitution because they stand to benefit as much as CNN and MSNBC (GE corporation). Money is more important to them than liberty. It is all smoking mirrors to keep the other half of the Country appeased and glued to their network. I am sure that they are ARE the contingency plan…after all, obama is following the FDR playbook and cloward-pivens to the letter.
The losing half of the Country has to be controlled, if we are glued to the tv waiting for news then we won’t be in the streets with our torches and pitchforks!!!!
The funny thing is, those thugs in the White House are going to be coming for them when they are finished with us. So, there will be Karma for all of them in the end!

May I join in? I’m new…though not to this site. I’ve been following along for several months as my little daily dose of sanity (I wanted to say HOPE, but that word has been corrupted, along with the word CHANGE).
I promise I’m not a whacko or leftist. In fact, I’m far ‘right’ of most Republicans, which puts me in a rather small, but comfy, group of people. Fortunately, my husband is also in that same ‘comfy’ group. So, he’s a keeper, don’t you think? 🙂
I also descend from a long line of military heros, so my heart and soul are with, not only GOD, but this great country, and to our military (my dad served in the Navy from 1945 to Dec. 1972, ret. Lt. Cmdr., deceased 1982). My uncle was in the Navy, my brother in the Marines, and my oldest son was in the Navy…. Persian Gulf.
I’ve been following along with the birthers since last August, when Phil Berg first introduced the subject of eligibility and tried to stop the electoral votes before the election. Then again with Leo Donofrio, and when Corsi came back from Africa and interviewed on Michael Savage (yes, I live in CA where Pelosi, Boxer, Feinstein and Waxman come from, I’m embarrassed to say), and whatever case that was being presented in court regarding Obama’s lack of certification as a natural born citizen.
It brings tears to my eyes to see our military heros stand up, once again, for all of us in defending our Constitution, but it also makes me fearful for each and every one of them, including those who voted for Obama. So many were blinded to his lies, and who can blame them? What chance did any of them have to scour the news broadcasts (most of the drive-by media covered over, or hid, those things about Obama that would have, and should have, raised up the red flags). Our military are not dumb. But maybe some didn’t want to see, however, I feel more inclined to believe that they were so busy doing what they do best (for the rest of us in this country) that they saw only what the news media wanted them to see.
All this to say “Thank you!” to each and every one of those military personnel in this site who have bravely put everything on the line (again) to protect and defend the Constitution, all of us, and the greatest country in the world. If the Usurper is ever removed from the White House, it will be our own military who will, once again, come to the rescue. I’m not only extending my thanks to those in here, but to ALL military troops who are fighting for the same things.
Please note that today, I am getting a ‘malicious virus attack’ message from my anti-virus program each time I come in here, so I just wanted to let Orly know that someone is trying to attack this brand new website. One has to wonder what these creeps are afraid of….except perhaps the truth?

Thank you Lt. Col. for the outstanding letter. I hope Glenn actually reads it. Thank you for your service to our country. My heart goes out to you and other military people who are putting their lives on the line in a new way now. If Obama is a usurper, the military could be convicted of war crimes. This is incredibly serious business. No one understands authority or chain of command better than military people. We all MUST know if Obama is qualified or not.

PatriotRider and Gail…I have been wondering why someone in govt. isn’t doing something, too! Maybe we need to take to the streets with our pitchforks, brooms and torches like Gail suggests, march up to the Capitol Building and make some citizen’s arrests. Is there no one in Washington who can enforce the law? This is insanity! Why hasn’t Jimmy Carter been charged with violating the Logan Act? Obama’s treason, fraud, drug use and violation of Constitutional law…why is that allowed?Doesn’t anything have meaning any more? And where the heck is the FBI?

Sorry…Here I am again. Another question: Why do we keep agonizing over his birth certificate? His father was NOT AN AMERICAN! This alone makes the man ineligible. In 1758 a treatise was written by Emerich de Vattel called “The Law of Nations”. In clause 212 “Citizens and Natives” it states, “The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents [plural] who are citizens.” “The Law of Nations” was widely read by the founding fathers and the definition of “natural born citizen” contained therein was the meaning commonly understood at the time our Constitution was written.
Here is the actual text of that passage:
§ 212. Citizens and natives.
The citizens are the members of the civil society; bound to this society by certain duties, and subject to its authority, they equally participate in its advantages. The natives, or natural-born citizens, are those born in the country, of parents who are citizens. As the society cannot exist and perpetuate itself otherwise than by the children of the citizens, those children naturally follow the condition of their fathers, and succeed to all their rights. The society is supposed to desire this, in consequence of what it owes to its own preservation; and it is presumed, as matter of course, that each citizen, on entering into society, reserves to his children the right of becoming members of it. The country of the fathers is therefore that of the children; and these become true citizens merely by their tacit consent. We shall soon see whether, on their coming to the years of discretion, they may renounce their right, and what they owe to the society in which they were born. I say, that, in order to be of the country, it is necessary that a person be born of a father who is a citizen; for, if he is born there of a foreigner, it will be only the place of his birth, and not his country.

And in school when counting nationality of students we teachers only went by that of the father of the student and not the mother whereas in some countries they only go by that of the mother.

I fully support the Colonels view….there is overwhelming circumstantial evidence that something is gravely amiss, not the least of which is Obamas desperate legal attempts to conceal numerous records of his early years. No one would spend this kind of effort unless there are severely damning items of fact and evidence therein concealed.
The more ominous fact is that many Congressional and executive branch leaders were apparently aware of this issue prior to the election and of course are participating in the continued cover-up of the issue, post-election.
The grim aspect is that the imposter President will now be able to use the power of Presidency to block, obfuscate, delay, undermine the progress of this issue in the courts and certainly in the media. I have little doubt that the President and his lackies (Ghestapo) will do whatever is necessary to be prevent his removal from office, even if decided by the Supreme Court or impeached by the Congress. This includes declaring Marshal Law, rounding up conservative media leaders asking these questions, by using the liberal media to damn them as traitors, creating phony terrorist crises to suspend normal government and laws.
This of course will occur only at the nth hour when all other propaganda and legal attempts have completely failed.
The only thing possibly still on our side is that the American Military will never execute an unlawful order from this President to attack its own citizens, even if issued by the SecDef.
The President knows this. I think infiltrating the military with illegals and foreign nationals over the years was a strategy to mitigate this. In other words, personnel that would be much less loyal to America and the Constitution.
I believe when and if this is fully exposed, it will be revealed that there has been a multi-decade strategy to break down America and its government and Constitution…for the purposes of globalization. Obama is just the current phase of that effort.
I believe there has been a global consolidation of power elites since the 60’s who believe in divine right and might makes right. They move to gradually break down strong governments and strong nationalism so they wont oppose the move to a one world government under their control. Divide and conquer is always the key strategy.
Welfare, National Healthcare, control of private industry, etc are all means of subjugation not helping people. It creates a dependent and intellectually helpless populace that is easily terrified and manipulated.
Looking at the insidiousness of this strategy, reveals the evilness of the people behind it. It still amazes me how ruthless and implacable ordinary people can become when presented with the possibility of unlimited wealth and power.
If we dont win this battle in the political system now, American Democracy will slip slowly beneath the waves for a long, long time.

Colonel, I am behind you 100%. I have grown increasingly skeptical of right wing politicians and media dismissing a possibly huge Constitutional crisis. It is a slap in the face of 20 years of dedicated service to my country.

I heard Glen Beck say that, and I think he was saying it tongue in Cheek. I do not think he
believes this is a bogus Witch Hunt… When Bill O’Reilly said it to Glen Beck on his show,
Glen Beck didn’t agree or disagree… Bill is his superior, so I could see that Beck wanted to reply, but didn’t….. O’Reilly has been wrong on many things… He is good at going after judges and Professors, but not Politicians…. Except for Barney Franks and Al Franken.
