    Actually, Rich, California receives $ .87 in federal spending for every dollar in federal taxes. They are not depending on the other states for support.

    The Obama tax return is a joint tax return, making them both jointly ans severally liable for the unreported bribery income, and all associated interest and penalties. Certain Chairman Issa and the IRS should fully investigate this aspect
