    Orly a second agoMy name is Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ, I am a Republican candidate on the ballot running for the Secretary of State of CA. I have filed a first amended complaint in DC last Friday case 10-cv-151. It has 8 causes of action and includes a Request for Declaratory relief adjudicating Healthcare bill null and void for 2 reasons
    1. it violated Commerce clause
    2. it cannot be legally signed by Barack Hussein Obama, as he has never proven his eligibility, as the Social Security number 042-68-4425 that he is using was issued in Ct to another individual and he never presented a valid long form birth certificate with a name of the attending physician, signatures and the name of the hospital, where he claims he was born.
