Mrs. Taitz, Greetings…

Because you live in California Mrs. Taitz, I had a question that I was hoping you could Help me (and my family) with.
We are in a pickle, and I take the blame. I am 3 years in the rears on my Property Taxes, and NO WAY will they accept payments, NO, they want it ALL at once, or they will confiscate everything and take the house.
Mrs. Taitz, I’m NOT ASKING FOR MONEY!… I have a Brooklyn Dodger/L.A. Dodger Yearbook Collection from 1949 to 1999.
The guy at the Sports shop here thought it could be worth Up to 10K Dollars.
Would it be possible for you to see if anyone in your area would be interested in buying it? I could give you 5% if thats reasonable? Its all I have worth anything Orly, and I cannot make my kids homeless.
Please consider? If not I will understand…
Thank You,
God Bless, Thomas Scheveck

You can do a dead in Lou of forclosure. Its easy and fast. You must request it from the bank. You sign over the title to the bank and release all liability to the property. Including taxes. Doesn’t put a big hit on the credit and you can build your life again. We moved 4 times in 1 1/2 years looking for work after my husband lost his job. Now have work and am buying a business. Keep up the hope.

Put the cards on Ebay…put a minumim bid see if someone takes it. You never know. Or look online for a place where they sell baseball card collections.

Thomas: I’ve been a loyal Dodger Blue Man since the days of the old Brooklyn Bums! I’ve followed them since I was (6) and loved those guys! But, can’t help with buying it. But If I hear of anyone that would enjoy having a collection like this, I will give them your contact info.

Well, maybe I can help in some way? If I hear of someone who would like to have a treasured, sports item like this, I will pass your request on to them. Good Luck!

And should say, too, that another post was made on this subject, but it has either been hidden or scrubbed! I’d like to find the little darlings that are messing with Orlys’ Site!
