    Why are you going to spend your allotted 15 minutes to material that was not part of the records from the District Court?

    The 9th Circuit will only hear those issues that were before the district court.

    Why don’t you stick with the issues presented on the appeal from the district court.

    OBVIOUSLY Shep Smith from FOX reports without investigating!

    On Monday Afternoon he stated point blank that “birtherism” was STUPID!

    Naturally, he GAVE NO REASON why it seemed “STUPID” to him.

    Did he ever think that CONSTITUTIONAL ORDER might be important to a democratic Republic!?

    A little pedantic from someone so ill informed!

    In an attempt to explain why Barack Obama, who lived in Hawaii as a teen, has a Social Security number that indicates he had a Connecticut address, Fox News host Bill O’Reilly asserted the president’s father lived in the state.

    But there is no evidence that Barack Obama Sr., who left Hawaii in 1962 to study at Harvard in Massachusetts and then returned to his home country of Kenya, ever lived in Connecticut.
