John,
please, take note. I am filing a  legal action against Arpaio to compel him to appear in court. If he and Jerome Corsi are telling you not to appear in court, they ARE GUILTY OF OBSTRUCTION OF JUSTICE AND they are engaging in raising funds under false pretenses, which is fraud.
I have  a testimony from one of the members of Sheriff Apaio’s posse, who stated that you were told during the meeting with Arpaio, Corsi, Zullo and Monkton not to testify in my cases
I do not want to bring a legal action against you as well.
However, this controlled, make believe opposition is unraveling. This is appalling, that Arpaio and Zullo and WND are raising money for this case, but telling people not to testify in court.
You sent me this e-mail today, stating that because you are involved in Phoenix AZ, you will not testify. The fact that after you provided testimony in my case in GA, you provided the same testimony for Arpaio, in his sheriff’s posse in Phoenix, AZ , who did nothing with it, does not mean that you cannot testify in Indiana. One does not exclude another. Arpaio was supposed to help in this matter, not deplete people of donations and tell witnesses who already testified for me, not to testify in other courts. You were subpoenaed. If you cannot afford to appear, I will cover your air and hotel, but you have to comply with the subpoena, or you can be found in contempt of court. Same goes for Arpaio and Zullo.
I am forwarding all of this to the media, I am exposing all of you. Moreover, it will look bad for your run for the State Senate, as it will show you as a hypocrite, someone who says one thing, but  does another.

Please take note. On March 26, 2012, I sent you an email in which I expressly indicated that I was no longer able to participate in these hearings due to my involvement in events in Phoenix, AZ.
Let me be crystal clear on this. I WILL NOT, REPEAT NOT, BE APPEARING IN INDIANAPOLIS ON OCTOBER 22, 2012 regardless of who pays for my airfare and hotel. .
Do not waste your money by purchasing airline tickets for me inasmuch as I won’t be boarding any airplane between now and November 6, 2012.

    See how people turn when they’re given large sums of money? No need to threaten them.

    Arpaio cost a bit more than Sampson and Zulo. And I we had to donate to his election campaign. Some of the others that turned against you when it appeared things were going your direction cost a bit more than Arpaio.

    We still believe they are dollars well spent. They don’t have to worry about ever getting those subpoenas enforced even if you find local council in AZ to help you. The judges are in our pockets.

    Dear Dr. Taitz,

    If this is true, this a classic example of obstruction of justice on the part of Joe Arpaio. I don’t know whether you can prevail against Sheriff Arpaio for conspiring with Jerome Corsi to bilk honest people who believe that Obama is an usurper out of their hard earned money. I don’t know whether to call the actions of Sheriff Joe Arpaio a Ponzi scheme or something worse under the RICO Act, but it seems that he and his co-conspirators are also telling your supporters to stop contributing to your cause.

    If that is not treason, I have no idea what it. But, while going after Obama has been a very difficult endeavor, going after a local crooked politician should not be as difficult. Don’t these people realize that if you are not scared about going after a sitting president, you are certainly not going to be intimidated to go after a nobody sheriff?

    I am afraid that it is too late to do anything about this as far as Obama is concerned. He could still lose the election, so no harm done. But I think you should be made whole for all the work you have done to make these jerks millionaires while you suffered huge losses in your dental practice, your legal practice, and in your reputation.

    So, regardless of whether any witnesses show up in Indiana, I think you are our greatest witness to the corruption in this country. Twenty or thirty years from now, after you are long gone, history books will record your true meaning to American civilization.

    And, if you bring these traitors to history to justice, you will be remembered for making sure that these false prophets did not get all the glory for your work. They owe and they owe you big.

    When Dr. Taitz finshes her RICO statement, Arpaio and others will finally know, with incredible line-by-line financial detail, how her prosecution of Obama has hurt her once-thriving legal and dentals businesses. The SHERIFF’s campaign war chest can’t cover the damage done to Dr. Taitz’s businessses!!!

    What’s happened to turn you into a “TURNCOAT COWARD”.

    In my I eyes you are a complete “DISGRACE to the HUMAN RACE”

    What super great EVENTS in Phoenix Arizona are you so INVOLVED in that are more important than Saving our CONSTITUTION.

    John N. Sampson, if our Constitution go down the drain, so does Phoenix Arizona, along with those great EVENTS you have decided to discard your MORALS for.

    Almost over night I have gone from admiring you, John N. Sampson to utter disgust. John N. Sampson, believe me I’m not alone in those type of feelings for you.

    Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq. can’t you use whatever testimony John N. Sampson have already made in writing or oral testimony in previous court hearings.

    For John N. Sampson to change anything he would have to say he was not telling the truth before, right?

    For some reason I thought John N. Sampson was as SOLID as a ROCK. Well that AIN’T so.

    Did John N. Sampson become a “TRAITOR” for MONEY, or from FEAR?

    John Sampson received an endorsement from Sheriff Arpaio in the Colorado race. That’s the consideration. I don’t know if Mr. Sampson also received campaign contributions but that should eventually be reported. Why?

    I am astounded by this turn of events. I am in agreement with #6, 7, 8, 9 above, It would also seem that Joe Arpaio himself qualifies for all the disappointment and hatred befitting the lowest of cowards. Does anyone know definitively or even speculatively what turned a brave forthright HERO into a sniveling coward?
