Judge Hollander in Maryland gives Attorney Orly Taitz 21 days to file a second amended complaint and add allegations in regards to an improper withholding by the Social Security Administration of records of Harry Bounel, whose Social security number is being illegally used by Barack Obama. When Taitz filed the complaint, SSA did not respond at all. After the law suit was filed, SSA responded by fraudulently claiming that the records were not found. Taitz responded that this is a fraudulent assertion, since the records were found before and denied to another petitioner due to privacy concerns, however Social Security has no right to claim privacy as according to their own 120 year rule they have a duty to release the records. The judge stated that the plaintiff Taitz might be correct, however at this time she cannot rule in her favor as her original complaint was filed before SSA responded, so the judge gave Taitz an opportunity to refile a second amended complaint and add new allegations, stating the SSA responded but improperly hidden the records . This is a great development. This all but assures that the judge will order the SSA to release the SS-5, Social Security application of resident of CT, Harrison (Harry) Bounel, whose CT SSN 042-68-4425 was stolen by Obama and used in Obama’s 2009 tax returns, which initially were posted on WhiteHouse.gov without proper redaction, without flattening of the file . Taitz will be very careful not to be Breitbarted or Fuddied in the next 21 days.
Additionally, there is an increased tampering with the web site of Orly Taitz and with her ability to send mass -emails. It seems her private server is somehow affected and Taitz is unable to send mass e-mails on two different programs. And I am curious. Which case would you be able to subpoena this person named Hathaway to testify? From what I’ve seen, all of the cases where any pertinent testimony from this person would be relevant are past the trial stage and in appeals. The FOIA cases aren’t going to benefit from any testimony she could provide and you only have this one left and it will be dismissed in relative short order.

Judge sides with US in Manning document dispute

WASHINGTON—A federal judge in Baltimore said Wednesday she’s satisfied for now with measures the military has taken to release documents related to Army Pfc. Bradley Manning’s court-martial in the Wikileaks case.
Lawyers for the New York-based Center for Constitutional Rights and other groups, including The Associated Press, have complained for more than a year that court documents related to the military case were being released too slowly, if at all.
Earlier this month, however, the Army put the vast majority of the documents online. The Army also promised to be forthcoming with the documents as Manning’s trial, which began June 3, continues at Maryland’s Fort Meade. The documents are being posted for the public and press on an Internet site.
But lawyers for the center said they weren’t satisfied. One argued in court Monday that the Army’s turnaround time to release new documents—a goal of one to two days—was too long for journalists covering the trial. He also objected to red-actions and sought access to transcripts or audio recordings of past proceedings.
But on Wednesday, the judge in the case, Ellen L. Hollander, sided with the Army. In a 42-page ruling she wrote of the lag time in releasing documents that there was “no indication that such a brief delay is unreasonable.”
And she said she wouldn’t order the Army to speed up the release transcripts and audio of past proceedings because it would be “a serious and unwarranted interference in the operation of the court-martial.” She also agreed certain red-actions were appropriate.
A lawyer for the Center for Constitutional Rights, Shayana Kadidal, said the decision was “disappointing” and that the center is considering its options.
The center initially petitioned an Army court in May 2012 for better access to the documents, filing its petition on behalf of the anti-secrecy website WikiLeaks, its founder Julian Assange and several left-leaning pundits and publications. At the time, pre-trial proceedings in the case were underway.
But the nation’s highest military court said earlier this year that it wasn’t the right place for the dispute. Some of the judges suggested the dispute could be heard by a civilian court, which is how the case landed in federal court in Baltimore.
Manning’s trial, meanwhile, began its third week Monday. The 25-year-old Oklahoma native has acknowledged giving information to WikiLeaks, but said it did not harm national security. He faces numerous charges, including aiding the enemy, which carries a potential life sentence.
As of Wednesday evening, the last time case documents were posted on the Army site was Tuesday morning.

In her order, it sounds to me as though this judge (like all the others) really, really wants to dismiss this case.
Judge is not interested in the truth, and is willing to accept SSA’s lame excuses and false assertions.
But the more they stonewall, lie, and collude to look the other way, the more guilty Dawn and Judge Ellen look.
Why not order SSA to just release the d*** records and let the chips fall where they may????

This week’s National Examiner has an article questioning several photos of him wearing a ring on his left ring finger during his college years and nobody knows if this was an earlier marriage. I know palm reading is not an exact science, but his palm clearly shows he is divorced on now that magazine is questioning whether he had a marriage before being married to Michelle.

from the info I got, it was a gay promise ring from his Pakistani rich gay friend, however I do not have a 100% proof on it. Also, constitutionally it does not disqualify him. One can be divorced and eligible to be pres, he can be gay and eligible to be pres. He can be in a gay marriage and eligible to be pres. None of this disqualifies him. Using a stolen Social Security number and fabricated IDs disqualifies him,. as it means he won under an assumed identity.

It is obvious from the picture that surfaced of Soebarkah sitting on the couch cozying up next to his Pakistani husband that they were a couple. The problem is Orly asked the wrong question, presuming as correct what she wants to verify.
She *assumes* Obama is using Bounel’s number (4425), then asks the SSA “give me data about SSN 4425 belonging to Bounel”.
Let’s assume for a moment Orly is wrong. In that case, 4425 belongs to Obama (or another living person) and not to Bounel, so saying “you can release info because Bounel is dead” will not cut it since 4425 isn’t Bounel’s number.
If Orly only had asked “give me the records of Bounel”, she would’ve gotten them. Then we could see if his number is the same as Obama’s. But asking for the NUMBER means they will look it up, it matches with Obama’s and they can claim “we can’t release it, belongs to somebody still alive”. But it doesn’t prove it also belonged to Bounel (or someone else).

If you cannot send emails from your server, try using a webserver from a different IP, sounds like your IP is blocked. If you are sending from a client on your pc, then it may be your port 25 is blocked, At&t commonly does that. Change your port to 26. Anyway, keep up the fight!

According to what I have read, this judge is an Obama appointee. This makes this whole thing a bit interesting. Unsure what the truth is regarding BHO, but unlike other progressives, I believe there are no sacred cows and everything must be questioned. You have rode this wagon for years and sense you really believe it, so if there is fire behind the smoke, I hope you are the one who finds it first. And I hope the country moves forward in the aftermath.
