    Brilliant, Lady Liberty! Why should you be confined solely to the record in the district court when so much happened outside of the court proceedings to lead to the result that you are appealing.

    Are you going to argue that the law clerk was a member of Obama’s legal staff, too? And that he has a shady law degree from a country whose language he is incapable of speaking?

    Go for it! Good luck. I wisah I could be there.

    (PS: Can you get more time to speak?)

    It would be greatly appreciated if you would post PDF/s of the documents rather than forcing people to register for PACER. CutePDF is a FREE pdf creation program that is very easy to use.
