Request to observe manual recount

Dear Dr. Taitz,

I am in receipt of your letter dated June 11, 2012. We received it in Santa Cruz County on Monday, June 18, 2012.

In your letter you request to view our 1% manual tally. We posted on May 31, 2012 that our manual tally drawing would take place on June 7, 2012 at 10 a.m. and the manual tally would begin immediately after that. As of today, June 18, 2012, we have completedour manual tally.

We are still working on the following canvass procedures:

1.      Researching approximately 2000 provisional ballots and preparing eligible votes for the count

2.      Finalizing the seal audit and post Logic and Accuracy audits of the touch screen units and scanners

3.       Auditing all materials from the polls

 

You are welcome at any time to come and view any of our procedures.

 

We are required to certify election results by July 3, and we anticipate being done before that date.

The Santa Cruz County Clerk/Elections Department is on a furlough schedule where we are closed one or two Fridays a month. The furlough scheduleis posted on our website.  The furlough days are one of several cost savings measures adopted by the county to balance its budget and preserve essential services.  We appreciate your patience and understanding during the time that our office is closed.

    You lost, get over it.Even if you got most of the vote, we would not let you participate in the general election in November; Why you ask? Because you are a dumb ass birther …..that why.

    Darren,

    There is some improvement in your writing
    skills; you still have a half dozen
    punctuation errors.

    Please continue to work on this as you
    type out your discontent with democracy.

    This current writing receives a D-
    for punctuation errors and an F for
    comprehension of the subject matter.

    What is the subject matter?

    Glad you asked.

    It is the issue of Obama’s multitude of
    crimes and illegal acts against this
    country.

    Think about some of the movies you have
    seen involving espionage, dictators,
    persecution of the innocent, militants
    suppressing the population, and the
    slavery of the people who protest.

    Think about how these dictators ignored
    and subsequently burned the laws of the land which protected those citizens.

    Please refer to all of the research
    posted here and on other web sites.

    If you don’t understand the situation
    we are facing, please hire a tutor
    who will walk you through the findings.
