    And why doesn’t the Congress just repeal the whole mess and then, send it back to the Insurance industry, after the vote, to get this needed care instituted ASAP!

    If not, they will revote after Menendez is replaced by a Republican and McCain resigns due to cancer. They will repeal by the next election
