   They’re holding him hostage with Military funding. The little money that’s in for the “border security” CANNOT BE USED FOR A WALL, MUST BE FENCING LIKE THE KIND THAT’S THERE NOW FULL OF HOLES!!!

   Jamie Rowan: unfortunately, yes. obama left the country in such a deep hole in all areas that Trump is stuck with spending alot to revive it. Many things were neglected, most on purpose. Remember obama’s first stimulus of $850B he said he would use to fix infrastructure? Well, he didn’t. What happened to that money? So now, Pres. Trump is having to find the money somewhere to fix what obama got the money for and used it for something (someone?) else. That’s just one small example. There are dozens. It’s like anything else – you rent a house to some irresponsible person, they thrash it and move out, you have to go in and practically rebuild it. On top of the bad condition of the country that Trump walked into, right away, there were devastating fires, floods, tornadoes. All of that adds to the cost.

    Members of Congress don’t stop spending because in most districts/states there is no better way to get re-elected than to offer people more free stuff. They learned that a long time ago.

    Well, if that happens, then, it will also come back to the amount of “waste” O did to us!

    As long as America stays awake…

    Trump should be not only re-elected, but the (R)’s can stay in control of both houses and the WH, as well.

    And we do need to have some replacement (R)’s for guys like: Ryan and McConnell, for sure, and thank God, that idiot FLAKE from out west, is going to be gone!!!!

    We still trust Trumps judgment implicitly. Although we all wanted to see a veto, he knows a lot of things we don’t. He also is in the middle of the swamp and can see all that they do up close, out of our view. Trump has a plan to deal with this Congress creatively we will see it shortly

    I admire Trump, but I don’t trust any politician implicitly, no exceptions. Trump was not a politician at the beginning, but he is one now, whether we like it or not. So Until we see what he’s doing, until we have a reason to believe he had a good reason for signing this deal, I cannot give him a pass.

    I just had the chance to read the Omnibus Bill and law…

    And Rush says that it gutted Trumps’ agenda.

    Plus it also says (for some reason) that this bill/law will help Mueller…?

    And it turns out to be a type of catch and release of illegals at the border…?

    Why doesn’t someone help Trump get all the available info so he can fully do what needs to be done in either signing the bill…

    Or vetoing the bill?

    This is ridiculous…!

    And where are the (R)’s in Congress to help SAVE America, so that Trump will get a full hearing on what he needs to know, to do what’s right to EMPTY the swamp?

    As for Obama.. what can we say about him?
    A trojan horse, trained to destroy a
    country. He did a fantastic job of it.

    He had the chance to open the curtain, expose the filth and do what was right for the American people. Some evil swamp creature got to him between tweet at 8 and high noon.

    If you believe he’ll get line item veto now, you’re dreaming. He should’ve insisted on it BEFORE bill was written. The four biggest losers in America: Schumer, Pelosi, Ryan, and McConnell just sealed the fate of our nation, taking guns away from Social Security recipients who have a payee, border walls for OTHER nations, planned parenthood funding, sanctuary city funding, just to name a few.

    America is toast. I’ll take it back when I see barry barack hussein obama soetoro soebarkah behind bars.

    Omnibus bill vs Budget

    “Does President Trump have control over how Omnibus money will be spent on non-essential budget appropriations.” If so, perhaps President Trump has outsmarted Congress.

    Found this information on the Omnibus Bill and Federal Budget.

    The Omnibus bill not an official ‘Federal Budget’. It’s an Omnibus bill…not a Budget…Perhaps, the President outsmarted them again…Congress basically screwed themselves by not passing a Budget…

    Per the Constitution…the President must adhere to a Budget set forth by Congress and direct the expenditures as provided therein.

    This is another one of those big Porkulus Bills, like they gave Obama for 8 years. This is NOT a Budget..

    An Omnibus Spending Bill may have some ‘instructions’ as to how the money will be spent…but Obama ignored them.
    He spent the money, or didn’t spend it, however he wanted to.
    And Congress didn’t do a thing about it! Because they couldn’t..

    I think our President observed how this happened, year after year.
    He is bound to realize that those ‘appropriations’ for different things in these Omnibus bills…are merely ‘suggestions’.

    So like Obama, President Trump can spend this money on whatever he wants to. Or…not spend it.

    Planned Parenthood?
    What if our President decided to tell the Treas Dept to ‘slow-walk’ that money to Planned Parenthood…until the Senate gets off their ass and confirms his appointees?

    Sanctuary Cities?
    What if our President decided to ‘slow-walk’ that money too…until those Sanctuary Cities assist ICE in rounding up criminal illegal aliens?

    But what can Congress do about it.?

    Nada, LOL

    Our President could just say…’What! Congress should’ve passed a Budget.’

    Why? Because Omnibus is not a budget…and even if it was,the President could still spend as he please…Congress appropriates, and it’s up to the President to spend it, or not….as he pleases.

    Again, that is why Obama never had a Budget in his Presidency…Congress did continual Omnibus’s and he just took the money….for 8 years…and no one seems to know where it went!

    Wow. I wrote that comment about 5 days ago but the time stamp is today. I haven’t seen the sight updated for about 5 days, but today I see all the new posts. Strange. But I’m in Thailand so I don’t know.
