To all of you who so generously pledged a donation to send my wife to Washington, DC so she could help me video the protest at the Supreme Court, I want to say thank you. As it turned out, the airfare is more expensive than we originally thought and Dr. Orly Taitz could only cover a portion of my expenses to get there. To make matters worse, the flight schedules would mean we would have to switch planes several times and then be forced to stay longer than needed to accomplish the task. This would in return add more to the expense.

After spending most of the day and late evening yesterday looking at airfares and plane schedules, we decided it would not be worth the expense.

To those who pledged a donation I want to thank you from the bottom of my heart. Just knowing so many of you put so much trust in me is worth the hectic experience of the last few days. Just knowing that my wife, who I jokingly refer to as Nancy P., was willing to make this hectic trip with me, was worth the experience.

Now I want to say one other thing. My associate and friend, Phyllis Wing and myself had a long conversation with Dr. Taitz late last night. Dr. Taitz has been sleeping on airplanes and traveling all over the country in the name of Freedom and the Rule of Law. Like so many of us, myself included, we have been fighting for well over 4 years now putting our own personal lives and fortune on the line. We have sacrificed our savings and our own leisure time to leave this country in a better condition than it is now.
We learned last night, that Dr. Taitz has been sleeping on airplanes during the red eye fights to save money on airfare and avoid the use of hotels, so she could continue this fight virtually alone. She is a dentist and a lawyer and instead of amassing great wealth, she is broke.

She is like the two Russian men I met Thursday in the rain at the rally in Sacramento. Those men came from a Communist country to escape to freedom, now find themselves heading back into one. One of those Russian men has been in constant contact with me to try and help me. He even suggest we drive 44 hours nonstop straight to Washington with the equipment to help Orly. We quickly realized with the cost of fuel and the weather, even if we could do it, we may not make it in time. What struck me was the fact that once again, it was a Russian immigrant who is coming to the defense of the country. His friend who I met Thursday put it best. “I did not want to have children while living in Russia. I waited for years to come here to America legally. I was nearly 50 years old when I had my son, who is now a hard working college student who also has a job and never took a dime from anyone that he did not earn.” He then looked at me with tears in his eyes and said,“It appears I may have done this all for nothing. Much of what I see going on here is just what I left behind in Russia.” His words were almost the exact same as I heard from Dr. Orly Taitz herself at the very same spot in front of the Sacramento Court House back in January. She told me then:
” These people better better wake up! We are so close to losing all of our freedom in this country. I lived it. I know.”

I want to urge all of you to take what you can afford, even $5, and send it to Dr. Orly Taitz. Go on her web site and you will see a place to donate online by credit card, or you can mail a check to her at

She may not collect enough to keep her fighting, but the mere knowledge that someone in this country believes in what she is doing will mean more than any riches she has forgone to fight for our freedom. On a serious, funny but not so funny note, she told of a very so called conservative congressman who upon seeing her turned and ran from her. Imagine how she must feel. She is volunteering to do the very job this well paid congressman should be doing and he runs from her like she has leprosy.
Send Orly a few dollars along with a thank you note. If you agree with her or not, she is a True American as much as George Washington, John Adams or Thomas Jefferson.

If only we had one judge or one elected representative just like her!
