   Absolutely.. It is the most practical solution until they are given a clean bill of health. And criminals need to be deported immediately.

   They need to be given a meal and turned away! These kids are being raped, kidnapped and killed. We need to have them turned away so nobody else will try to get in the US. It is for these kids own safety!!

   An illegal alien will still be an illegal alien, even after the requred disease quarantine and the background checks. Did the dog eat your homework and the existing immigration laws, too?

   you are not paying attention. the application for stay states that this illegal alien will be either deported or will stay in quarantine until:
   1. there is a medical release
   2. no criminal record in the country of origin
   3. deportation judge rules that he has a legal basis to reside in US. If there is no legal basis, he will be deported after the quarantine, however meanwhile he will not endanger the public

   God Bless Orly. The kids are being used. They are being walked down the primrose path to lose their freedoms to the democratic party establishment of entitlement tyranny. How can you miss it. The democrats now have taken away our free elections already. Orly has exposed the Secretary of State of California. She conducts a fraudulent election. Admits it in court. Nobody in the country has the guts to challenge it in a court of law but Orly. I believe it was Cardinal Spellman who said the best thing for our kids is the free enterprise system. The democratic party polices oppose that system. Too many have ears but do not hear and eyes but do not see.

    You probably kicked a hornets nest by interfering in our affairs here in Texas.

    I know family, cousins, other relatives and friends that are really upset with what they’ve read about you and your lawsuits. They think that you should keep your big white ass out of our business.

    You will be met with protestors when you arrive in Brownsville and they’re going to spit on you and if they can’t spit on you they will throw rotten tomatoes at you. You probably should bring a change of clothes.

    I can’t believe I’m reading a comment from Jason that basically says what I’ve now been told.

    I’m from Topeka, Kansas, and those people remember when you came there for the ballot challenge against their “native son”.

    They all know people down in Brownsville and the surrounding area and they know that those people are really angry with the way you are interjecting yourself in THEIR business and I guess Jason was kind enough to warn you about what is going to happen.

    You won’t have to worry about security at the court house. You will have to worry about security o arrival in the small airport and if you decide to rent a car. Anyone with you that may help you get to the court house will suffer the same consequences. You will be covered in filth. They said they will spit on you, throw rotten tomatoes and also throw runny cow shit at you.

    Interesting…how the people from brownsville think they can cause problems-? for Dr Orly.

    Best behave yourselves, as you are living in Texas…where law and order does prevail!!!

    If they are decent citizens of Brownsville, then, they are going to have to behave themselves, or law enforcement is going to do their job!

    I guess we can say to them: that they don’t know right from wrong…or could it be that they are partially or all illegals and don’t deserve to discuss their threatening opinions with anyone here?

    oh God yes! 100% support lawsuit. I’ve got a depressed immune system and don’t need exposure to all these diseases in Los Angeles.
    I speak for ALL in my situation. Send them home, they are being used like pingpong balls anyway!

    In answer to Jason question, surely you can get a local atty 2 join with you, if pro hac vice is not an option. Gov Perry should join u as well albeit he has this trumped up bs to deal with now. (IMO- a no-brainer when the facts of the drunken DA comes out). The dems are just playing real dirty.
