A reporter from Examiner came to the hearing from Houston, one pastor came from Florida, there were supporters from all over California from San Francisco to San Diego. At the hearing the judges were very attentive, asked to provide them more information on statute 396 a) and (b), which showed that the case was dismissed improperly.
Judge Fybel, who presided over the panel, stated at the end that the presentation was very well organized and that he was amazed that I spoke for half an hour without looking at any notes, he was surprised I kept all the info in my memory. Judge Ikola was attentive, seemed to be neutral, had a poker face . Judge Thompson looked like an Obama supporter, he looked not happy. We were told that this was a apecial panel for this case. After m y case the panel changed. For some reason there was a switch of the presiding judge. Originally Judge O’Leary was supposed to preside, but it was changed to Judge Fybel. He was the Judge who swore me in as an attorney over 10 years ago. I started by saying that he swore me in and I take my oath of office seriously.
One attorney, who waited for his case, stepped out and stated that he supported me, that it was his honor to be in the courtroom. He said he did not know that my case will be heard, but he was glad that he got to hear. He is also a president of a local Rotary. He gave me his card and said that he will try to help if he can.
After the hearing all the people in the audience came o me and stated that they thought the hearing went well and they were very proud of th ework I am doing.
There were 2 Obama people at the hearing, who came to attack me: one of them was a guy who presented himself as an attorney Howard Appel, who came to just bad mouth me and state that Obama’s birth certificate is valid and that the judges will rule for Obama, another was a woman, who came with him, I believe, his wife and she said that the databases in CA are ok.

The “Supplemental Brief with Newly Discovered Information” in Orly Taitz v. Barack Obama, Diane Feinstein and Elizabeth Emken claims:
* Occidental College cannot claim Obama’s attendance application is a sealed record because it was previously released to the media and the public.
* According to Laurie Hattaway, an employee with the Higher Education Services Corp., when Obama transferred from Occidental to Columbia University, he received financial aid as a foreign student from Indonesia.
* Obama is improperly using government agencies, including the FBI, “to harass, bully and intimidate” whistleblowers showing he’s a citizen of Indonesia who is illegally usurping the U.S. presidency.
“Evidence” for the first allegation is a YouTube video of a Fox News reporter being shown Obama’s dorm room and college application.
Obama is faulted in the filing for repeatedly failing to show up in courts around the land where Taitz has filed legal funny papers alleging the president won the office illegally. Twice.

Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of the United States John Roberts scheduled a case by attorney Orly Taitz dealing with Barack Hussein Obama’s use of forged IDs to be heard in conference before the full Supreme Court. The case titled Noonan, Judd, MacLeran, Taitz v Bowen provides a mountain of evidence of Barack Obama using a last name not legally his, forged Selective Service application, forged long form and short form birth certificate and a Connecticut Social Security number 042-68-4425 which was never assigned to him according to E-Verify and SSNVS. Additionally, this case provides evidence of around one and a half million invalid voter registrations in the state of California alone.

Thank you, Dr. Taitz, once again for presenting the irrefutable evidence to Judge Fybel and others today. I’m sure they realize that 0bama and his Department of ‘Justice’ have made a mockery of America’s judges and our entire judicial system. The whole world is watching and questioning why this charade has gone on for 4 years and 10 months. As evidenced by this administration’s policies, their ultimate goal is to completely destroy this once great and revered country. Praying for a positive outcome for you and for America.

Ms. Taitz:
You are incorrect in saying that I “came to just bad mouth me and state that Obama’s birth certificate is valid and that the judges will rule for Obama.” I came also to mock you, to ridicule you, to laugh at you and your futile efforts in misapprehending the law and the facts and to watch the general train wreck that comprises your “arguments and logic.”
And I must thank you for allowing me to accomplish those goals. You don’t know the law or the facts, you make up rules and statutes facts to suit your whim and ignore those that are inconvenient or that you are incapable of understanding (which is the vast majority of them).

Orly..New York is in the process of establishing a citizen’s grand jury …If this happens (they are in the courts now)…I see a lot of the unconstitutional judges being taken to trial for their crimes…

I did presentation to 13 citizen grand juries. It is a dead end. No judge or DA or AG is willing to look at them. they throw those in the garbage
