Supreme Court will decide on gay marriage. Anthony Kennedy or John Roberts will cast the deciding vote one way or the other. They are likely to rule against the states and for gay marriage

Every single case that goes to the Supreme court disguised as minority rights actually takes away all our individual rights spelled out in our basic governing document. The rights to freedom of religion is destroyed by using the right to be a sodomite and making religious people subsidize the ill effects of it financially and to accept the health risks. It is how dictators use our freedoms to take them away. It has been predicted many times that the greatest risk to our freedoms is how they can be used by dictators to take all of our freedoms away. It corrupts the whole system because it uses government spending to foot the bill and subsidizes the process. No checks and balances because the evil is made a constitutional right and that finances a huge set of industries that the populace have no control over. The proof is the cover up of the cost in money, lives, and the fact of what actually causes the HIV epidemic.

Dr. Orly, this will open up a lot of questions concerning how the Christians in t his country view gay marriage. We do not recognize the marriage between two men or two women. If in face the Supreme Court decides that this is a right what will this do to the religious community. We do not accept these marriages. They are opening a can of worms if in fact they allow this. This will ultimately be the downfall of America and America will be judged. The Lords churches across America will not accept this.

and officiated at same sex weddings. Just

    very recently in DC Post.

How can they be objective in a verdict?

    Recusal? No recusal? Huh???

    Tell me the truth, Danno!!!

they were expected to vote for gay marriage one way or another. The court is split. Kennedy and Roberts are the only possible swing votes and based on what I know about them, they are likely to vote for the gay marriage. I might be wrong, but that what, I think, will happen
