Arizona police must now hold illegal aliens for ICE or Border Patrol when they catch them, i.e. traffic stops.  This was the heart of 1070 and the Supremes just ruled 5-3 that states can help the Feds enforce immigration law with this provision.

La Raza and their friends in the liberal media are in major spin and damage control mode, hoping their hundreds of thousands of aliens still living in Arizona don’t pack up and move our of that state (back home or to an alien-friendly state like California).

Other states are now more likely to give their police the power to detain illegal aliens for handover to the Feds.  Big victory for states’ rights and a basic admission by the highest court that our Federal Government is not enforcing our borders and immigration laws.

Keep the pressure on all your elected officials, especially your local city, county, and state politicians.  They need to hear it from you constantly, “Uphold your oath and enforce our laws!”.  Just look at Escondido, CA as the role model for a city doing everything it can to remove criminal aliens from their community by partnering with ICE and enforcing laws already on the books.

   I’ve heard on Rushs’ Show that the govt has told Az: “don’t call us as it relates to ‘what to do’ with those aliens Az finds!”

   And Rush said something like: “…this means, that the borders are open!”

   Butkeep in mind that the supreme court is packed with Obama supporters and so is the Federal government so even if Arizona reports illegals to the feds, the feds will do nothing about it. Az has the right to report but not deport. So it is a law without teeth as Obama wants it that way.

   If the feds won’t pick them up, send them to Arpaio until they beg to be taken back to where they came from. He can give them “jobs” building more tent cities, sewing pink jumpsuits and underwear, and making bologna sandwiches!

    Hmmm, after reading the posts here, I have a solution: “just find them, hold them, ‘DON’T CALL ‘EM IN D.C.,’ then, deport them!
    And this will be another (“FELONY!”) that Obama will be responsible for!!

    If the fed. govt. isn’t going to do their job, then, the states have the right to defend themselves! Ship ’em (illegals) back to wherever! Mobilize every gun owner in and out of state!
