    Of ALL the articles I read on this man….not a single one referred to him as a democrat or republican….so that kind of makes be believe he is a democrat,because IF he were republican the liberal news would have plastered that all over the news….then again they could be non partisan, I guess.

    I don’t believe there are any Republicans among elected officials in Stockton or anywhere else in Northern California
