Some good news and some bad news. Good news is that the 9th circuit VACATED an order by judge Guilford, when Guilford denied my motion to dismiss Berg and Liberi’s case in AntiSLAPP. That is great. Bad news, a transmission on my car suddenly died. Thank god it did not happen in the middle of the freeway, I could be dead

Sorry to hear about your car. Bad things always seem to happen to good people. My question is does that mean it goes back to California to be heard or will the SC issue a ruling on the validity of this fraud?

How old is your car Mrs. Taitz, how many miles? If you have a newer car with low miles someone damaged your transmission, most likely it was the cia their real jackasses and treason traitors to the core when it comes to messing with people’s auto’s and other property, they’re the best at spy-ops to slow you down and make you mad and angry or to upset.

I hate car troubles. I was having a problem with my 73 VW Squareback. Started right off when cold, but when hot, would not start. If I sat long enough, it cooled off, and would start again. Made my son take it, and told him not to bring it back until he solved the problem. It turned out to be a distributor cap needed replacing. She runs like a charm again. Newer isn’t always better. So glad you are OK, and that something went your way today. Praying for the Supreme Court to come through for us and the Constitution now. Somebody posted on your FB wall that the Supremes issued something today, and the denials will come Tues. MORE OBOTS THAT DON’T KNOW WHAT THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT???

Orly: I think James Smith could be right? I’d like to know: how old is the car? How many miles on it? Do you have new car protection insurance? I can’t imagine how a new car could have it’s transmission go out??! And I don’t think you’re driving an old car around, with all those miles, right? Then, I’d check that mechanic and ask him what the heck happened? As him how could it stop functioning on a newer or decent newer car? As him also: (“If he thinks that someone could’ve ‘MESSED’ with the transmission enough, to make it stop, when it should’ve had many more miles on it?”) Hopefully, take it to someone you either trust or who has a very good reputation, like a private mechanic? Sears? A big name place? Or ask a friend, relative, someone you trust to give you the best reference to take it to! Take care and please stay alert!
