Solution to caravan invasion crisis

US President can issue a proclamation or executive order that the nations of Honduras, El Salvador, Quatemala and Mexico do not persecute their citizens based on race, religion, ethnicity and political aff-n and there will be no asylums granted to their citizens

Solution to Caravan invasion crisis

By Dr. Orly Taitz, ESQ

We are seeing a caravan of some 7,000 people from Central American countries: Honduras, El Salvador and Guatemala invading Mexico and moving further north towards the US.

US laws dictate that asylum is giving to political refugees who apply for asylum at the US border and who claim that they are persecuted based on their race, religion, nationality, membership in a particular social group, or political opinion.  None of the people marching in the caravan satisfy this requirement. By their own account, based on their interviews given to the US and international media, they are simply seeking to invade wealthy US due to generous US welfare benefits and high wages.

Moreover, it was reported that cartel members, criminals and suspected middle eastern terrorists infiltrated this caravan.

So, what can the US president do? I believe that in the interest of the National Security, President Trump should issue a declaration or executive order declaring that the nations of Honduras, El Salvador, Guatemala and Mexico do not persecute their citizens based on race, religion, ethnicity or political affiliation. As such, citizens of those nations are not eligible for asylum. President Trump can give those citizens an opportunity to apply for refugee status (not asylum) at the US embassies of their nations or other nations, but will not accept asylum applications from citizens of these countries at the US borders and within the US and will not grant those applications

I believe that globalist organizations seeking to flood this nation with cheap foreign labor will appeal, however I believe that this will reach the Supreme Court and the Supreme Court will rule in favor of President Trump.

8 U.S. Code § 1158 – Asylum

(a)Authority to apply for asylum

(1)In general

Any alien who is physically present in the United States or who arrives in the United States (whether or not at a designated port of arrival and including an alien who is brought to the United States after having been interdicted in international or United States waters), irrespective of such alien’s status, may apply for asylum in accordance with this section or, where applicable, section 1225(b) of this title.

The primary responsibility of the federal government is to secure our borders from invasion and our Constitutional Republic from usurpation. Should such efforts require the gathering of militias where needed, the President need only suggest for citizen intervention to be directed by Governors from each state. (ignore Governor Brown)

‘What are we to do in Honduras if there’s no work?’

Go to a spanish-speaking nation like Argentina, Chile, Mexico, Nicaragua, et cetera, LEGALLY!

As I believe that it is now too late to build a wall, we need to make e-verify a mandatory requirement to work and to receive social benefits.

Instead of COSTING the tax-payer billions, this would actually SAVE billions!

Boy, what we have to go through with worrying about the illegals from other nations!

They should be given an ultimatum before they get here…

And that should be one that has very serious consequences!

So this would keep them on the Mexican side of the border!

And give them very severe penalties should they proceed, anyway!

It’s ridiculous that this is even being debated in 2018. A mob of foreign nationals just marching across a continent to our border straight out of Lord of the Rings. If Trump lets this happen then everything he has done for the U.S. will have been for nothing; EVERYTHING. Does he want to accept the fact that every time he woke up at 4AM for the past 2 years; every mile traveled all over the country (tens of thousands of miles) campaigning and rallying will be all for nothing? I don’t think he will.

    Here’s my suggestion…

Send an email to Trump on his contact page and he will read it!

I’ve sent many emails to him and continue to do so!

Each Patriot needs to send something of importance to Trump, so he can tell what we think and how it matches up with his thoughts!

President Trump just said at his WI rally tonight watch to see what happens at our Southern border within the next 2 weeks. Promises made, promises kept. The migrant mobs will NOT be allowed in our country.

If they can march all the way from Guatemala, et al, they could keep marching to San Francisco, where they could be ferried to Alcatraz Island and told to fend for themselves until their “asylum” claims are resolved. 🙂

The U.S. Is my country. I will do what is necessary to guard against invasion and usurpation and I expect no less from government leadership.

If I had a say so on the Pres. administration I would advise him that any judge that try to stop any of his constitutionally guaranteed rights to be charged with treason and abuse of power by the DOJ for knowingly ignoring the separation of powers. Immigration belongs to congress and some aspects to POTUS. Judges are not there to make law, if they want to make up laws then they need to quit their jobs and run for office. If they keep persisting in interfering I would just ignore their decisions and instruct the administration to follow the Constitution and the law!

  13. citizen not "subject"
    October 31st, 2018 @ 10:25 am

When America became a nation it had King George subjects inside its borders. Americas jurisdiction over them allowed the subjects to become citizens of America, thereby thwarting the “Law of Nations” that made people the subjects of a King without consent of people.

Keep in mind that people in America were divided — 1/3 wanted to revolt, 1/3 wanted to stay with the King, and 1/3 went to Canada.

Children born in America were declared as”citizen” and NOT “subject” of a King.

When a child was born in America they became “citizens” and NOT “subjects” of a King.

Trump can see the border solution very well.

We have to become very hard-core in dealing with illegals…

And this is what the left is hoping will happen when they get there and the troops will not stop them?

Yeah, right and they don’t know it, but they’re on the “yellow brick road!”

    America will stay strong…

If we vote for the people that are very strongly trying to help Trump with his agenda!

The left only has 1 agenda…

NWO and this will take America down!

And don’t forget to spread Dr Orlys’ Site to everyone you know…and have them do the same and on and on…!
