Should Fort Henry businesses file a class action law suit against Abnoxious Ebola nurse, Kaci Hickox, who refused to stay in quarantine and a corrupt judge, who let her roam around? When will corrupt judges be held accountable for their actions?

The basic problem is that the judiciary has become the enemy of the people. Filled with former left wing ambulance chasers and shysters they have become anther wing of this corrupt present administration, intent on doing not what is lawful but whatever pleases the administration.

Jerry, it was one of the “45 Declared Goals of the Communists” dating back to the late 50’s. It was part of their long term goal in infiltrating our government system all the way to its highest levels in order to thwart our rule of law.

Thomas Jefferson warned us about a corrupt and run away judiciary but, we took no heed.

Yeah, boy, it’s been treasonous-city ever since.

And I don’t understand how (R) administrations could have allowed all this “slime” build up over time?

Fear mongering is not a happy tactic, this woman is not stupid, she has been working with this disease, knows its symptom’s. If we cannot trust their judgment we need to quarantine every Doctor and nurse that treats a patient with a communicable diseases. I do not believe she is stupid or irresponsible.

Here’s the story for the nurse in Maine.

Wouldn’t she be charged with “manslaughter” if and when someone were infected with here Ebola transmission to a person who died from that Ebola transmission ?
Maybe she needs to be informed that she most likely would be accountable for a criminal act… and remember too, the bible says that a “leper” had to holler “unclean” to other tribal community members when they were being apprached by un-infected people.

    Americans have “unalienable” rights.
American freedoms can’t be restricted without a just cause.
Americans who fight for their rights are doing the correct thing to assure all Americans are able to be Free from government excesses.

All Americans are entitled to be free, however if they DO cause harm to another by exercising their freedom in error… then they can be held liable for injuring another American through a criminal, civil, or both legal processes.
