Sheriff Babeu chose to record a TV show instead of testifying to Judge Hanen. Similar excuses are received from the top politicians claiming being concerned about our border security and national security. Please call Babeau, Arpaio, Ted Cruz, Louie Gohmert, Steve King, Ted Poe, Rick Perry, tell them that they should be in court on August 27th testifying, not doing TV appearances and speeches

Thank you Attorney/Dr. Dates for your interest in having Sheriff testify, on border trafficking. Unfortunately Sheriff is taping that day for the Greta Van Susteren Show regarding Border Security/Immigration for her TV Special. Would you like me to ask him if there is something he can provide in writing? I understand your call back # 949-683-5411, it this correct ?

    Actions speak louder than words. If none of the above mentioned persons show up to testify in the hearing,then we will know that they don’t care about the issue.

    No need to waste our time listening to their empty words.

    “False Patriotism”… If people really cared about whats happening to this country They would be Lining Up to Tell Their Stories.
    America IS being Invaded, And Mrs.Taitz seems to be The ONLY American Who Gives A Damn !!!
    I am Beyond DISGUSTED, I’ll Bow My Head In Shame…

    Should shine a revealing light for the skeptical on the reality and depth of the strategy of “controlled opposition” for those who still excuse and put faith in those such as rush and his ilk, even though they refuse to address the fact of obama’s ineligibility;refuse to declare the fact that obama is not a “Natural Born” citizen of this country even though it is the single most effective way of ridding this country of the whole travesty of his existence.

    There is no reason behind this, with today’s social media technology he could have Skype’d Greta and did it live and still could have appeared in court for you, that court hearing is only going to last a the least 4hrs maybe, he still could have a least re-arraigned his schedule to accommodate you. My opinion.

    Probably the NSA has some interesting recordings of the Sheriff and his girlfriend.
    I still do not know why ALL the elected officals want to destroy our nation…….
    Once they get into office, they beggin to destroy this nation. What are they going to do when ISIS comes for their heads????

    Boy, this is the 2nd Sheriff, in Az, that has shamed his name and profession!

    Wyatt Earp would be turning over in his grave!
