DEMAND FOR A CERTIFIED COPY OF  A FILED ENDORSED INDIVIDUAL SECURITY BOND  (CRIME BOND) FOR EVERY DEFENDANT -EMPLOYEE OF THE GOVERNMENT OF THE STATE OF INDIANA AND FOR DEPUTY ATTORNEY GENERAL JEFFERSON GARN, ASSISTANT ATTORNEY GENERAL KATE SHELBY, JUDGE S.K. REID

 

Dear sir/mdm

  Indiana Code article 4  requires Office of Code revision Indiana Legislative Services Agency to maintain records of individual Surety Bonds/ crime Bonds and Oaths of Office of state employees.

I am seeking above information for Attorney General Zoeller, Deputy Attorney General Jefferson Garn,  Assistant Attorney General Kate Shelby, Judge S.K Reid   Secretary of State of Indiana and and members of the Elections Commission.

I request  herein a certified copy of :

1. Recorded, filed endorsed Individual Surety Bonds/ Crime bonds for Deputy attorney General Zoeller,  assistant Attorney General Kate Shelby, Attorney General Zoeller, Secretary of State, members of the Elections Commission, Marion County Judge S.K. Reid.

2. Certified copy of the  recorded oath of office for all of the above

3. Certified copy of the Certificate of Appointment for all of the above

4. certificate of Election for Attorney General Zoeller and Judge S.K. Reid

Please, advise me of any fee for certification and postage.

    You certainly are on the ball, but don’t you think this is just another dead end?

    Perhaps you move to the winning team? Your legal skills would be better put to use in defending President Obama against these other ballot challenges than trying to do something that will never work. Maybe you should offer your services to the attorneys for the defense down in Florida and show Kkklayman who the real attorney is?

    no, there is no competition between me and Klayman. I would rather with with Klayman to defeat Obama

    IMO a waste of time now. Instead of focusing on going after Obama, you go after anyone who dared to tell you “no”? Speaks of inflated ego to me, not a desire to help our country.

    Another wake up call for AG’s and the Judge ! Heh, heh, heh! Even a little pressure is sure to make these people sit up and take notice! Even before these records are released, the record keepers will call THEIR assistants and THEY will be informed of the requests. Then they get to worry and will start running around like the rabbit in “their alice in wonderland world” saying we are late, we are late, for a very important date, we’re late, we’re late, we’re late!

    I am going after Obama. Garn went after Secretary of State of IN Charlie White and threw him out of office and had him convicted for minor violation, but he is criminally complicit in aiding and abetting Obama and going after me personally

    So doing one’s job defending someone you sued is aiding and abetting Obama how, exactly? And that same act is somehow going after you personally?

    I’m not sure that makes sense even in some alternate universe.

    Orly doesn’t go after any official, unless it’s warrented!!! So take your cap off and scratch your “lump,” and start cussin’ on your way home!!!
