We’re now going to have a revolt from all the Secretary of States for not doing their job. They are putting their job security before their oath, their state and our nation.

Dr. Taitz:
What was the Secretary of State of MS challenging in regards to Judge Moore. Did the Judge render an opinion? And if so what was that opinion? Or is the Secretary of State trying to prevent an opinion from being issued? And if so, what are the legal ramifications of such an action?

Dr. Taitz
If your legal challenge is to the Democratic Party of MS, how can the Secretary of State of MS now have a legal standing in the case? Or can the Secretary of State enjoin a case at any time?

Sec of State is one of the defendants

Sounds to me like the state of Mississippi has some housecleaning to do in the Secretary of State’s office. I hope that all of the veterans and all other patriots in Mississippi put this Secretary of State into retirement at the very next election. Until then everyone should protest the Secretary of State’s ignorant idea and make sure that everyone in the state knows why he is doing it.

How ironic if the judge rules against Obama and the democrats on April Fools day.
