Secretary of State of GA, Brian Kemp, was served through the AG, who represents him. He did not respond yet and he did not forward the case file from the administrative court yet

Dr. Taitz, You will need to contact the Clerk of Court to acquire a copy of the case file and to inquire about what has been filed therein.  (404) 612-5344.  All files are maintained in and by the Clerk’s Office.  I do not believe the record from the court below has been received and/or filed to date, but you may obtain a copy of everything else.
