   You know perfectly well that personal registration details cannot be obtained through FOIA. Which means you know this will be rejected. Which means that the only reason for doing this is so that you can tell your “followers” that the regime is refusing to release the information.

    HHS had a contract with Catholic Social Services, headquartered in Connecticut, in 1971 to acquire legal custody of unaccompanied minor children with foreign nationality abandoned at U.S. border crossings.

    Unaccompanied children with foreign nationality at border crossings are not whisked through customs contrary to Obama’s claims in his book “Dreams from My Father.” Barry Soetoro was taken into protective custody by U.S. Border Patrol in 1971. HHS contracts with NGOs to provide legal services for foreign children taken into U.S. Federal Custody.

    It was Catholic Social Services, under contract with HHS, who represented the interest of Barry Soetoro at a custody hearing in 1971. Catholic Social Services provided transportation expenses to Stanley Ann to fly from Indonesia and BHO Sr. to fly from Africa to attend a custody hearing in Hawaii. After the hearing, physical custody was awarded to Madelyn Payne as Barack Hussein Obama’s II guardian and legal custody was retained by Catholic Social Services.

    Obama naturalized in 1983. That makes him ineligible to be President. His ineligibility makes his Cabinet appointments objectionable for violation of the Appointments Clause of the U.S. Constitution. If your FOIA case against HHS goes to trial, you should file an objection with the Court for appointment of Kathleen Sebilius for violation of the Appointments Clause.
