US Supreme Court DENIES application to vacate stay in StopNDAA lawsuit.

This means that the emergency stay which was placed on Judged Forrests’ injunction against Section 1021 and indefinite detention will remain in effect.
Now we wait on the Second Circuit Court of Appeals’ ruling.

More thoroughly: THIS is what happened:
Our attorneys asked the Supreme Court to consider lifting the “stay” on our injunction against Section 1021 and indefinite detention. As you’ll recall, we won our lawsuit last September and were granted a worldwide injunction against this provision – ensuring people could not be indefinitely detained under the sweeping and unchecked scope of the NDAA.
Despite having issued a signing statement in January of 2012 claiming he would not use these powers against American citizens, Obama immediately appealed Judge Forrest’s ruling and our win, then went further and asked her to grant a stay on the injunction, essentially “lifting” that injunction. She refused.
Next, the DOJ attorneys went to the second circuit court and asked them to lift the stay as well, claiming “irreparable harm” would be incurred by the US if the government did not have these unchecked powers. The second circuit court judges granted their request and put a stay on our injunction.
We applied to both Justice Ginsberg (who said no) and Justice Scalia (who said yes) to convene a conference of the entire Supreme Court to consider lifting that stay and restoring our injunction. They told us yesterday that they will not lift the stay – indefinite detention under the NDAA stands.
Now, it is up to us to convince the media in time to cover the TRUTH about the AUMF and the NDAA and what the United States government has been doing, and why they needed to conflate these two laws, and why they think they are allowed to have unchecked powers to detain anyone, anywhere based on suspicion alone.

Be silent? What difference does it make at this point? It is clear that these courts are corrupt and don’t care what the people of this nation want. Executive Orders, rigged elections with massive fraud, blatant propaganda coming from the White House and the MSM – the systems is BROKEN.
The only noise these people are going to respond to is the sound of gunfire. When will we admit this to ourselves? The United States Government is a corrupted organization that can no longer correct itself. Obama said it himself: “You can’t change it from the inside.”
Most people are reluctant to even speak of the real possibility that this country is headed for a civil war. It is NOT what we want, but what choice are we going to have? Are we just going to lay down and let Maobama have his way with us? Obama and his ilk are fomenting civil unrest with their unrelenting assault on the Constitution and our liberties and no amount of “persuasion” will deter them. I’m sorry, but people in this country had better get ready for some SERIOUS PHYSICAL CONFLICT if you think we are ever going to reclaim the Republic.
Orly, I realize you are extremely reluctant to print anything that even remotely speaks of any kind of unrest. Understand, this is NOT what we want. We DO NOT want “revolution” – that is what Obama wants. The Patriots of this nation are COUNTER REVOLUTIONARIES. We want peace. We want freedom – and we want the rule of law, NOT the rule of some anti-American fraud, posing as POTUS. We must STOP the revolution and return to our foundation as a Nation of Laws, not a nation of Obama – an “Obamanation”. In order to do this, we must face the horrible reality of where this is all headed. It is time to stop squelching discussion of the possibility of real civil unrest. If people do not realize how precipitously close we are to this terrible reality, how will we avoid it? Time to be honest. If we are not successful at the legal level in fighting this administration, then we will have no choice but to turn this into a physical contest – “…the animating contest of freedom.”

The American “battlefield” doctrine and the NDAA
In defending the drone assassination powers of the President, you might hear language used that says drones will “only be used on the battlefield.” That seems to imply they will only be used in the Middle East, right?
Wrong. The USA has been legally defined as the new “battlefield” by the NDAA. That’s the National Defense Authorization Act which also allows for the arrest and indefinite detention of American citizens without trial, without legal representation and even without them ever being charged.
The USA is the new “battlefield,” and when you combine the NDAA and the DOJ’s new drone killing justification memo, you now have the claimed legal framework for any American on U.S. soil to be arrested, detained, tortured or blown to bits without warning and without even a single shred of evidence being presented against him.
Yes, this is America today. Right now. You are living under a military dictatorship and most of you don’t even realize it yet. Even liberals and progressives are starting to wake up to Obama’s tyranny, by the way. On Democracy Now, Daniel Ellsberg recently described Obama’s actions as a “systematic assault on the Constitution.”
Who are the terrorists?
Of course, anyone who raises these points will be immediately dismissed with the claim that all this new power in the hands of the President will only be used “against terrorists.”
Okay, then who are the terrorists, exactly? It turns out they are YOU!

The Courts and Legal System and Defense Forces are Paralyzed. Gun sales are off the charts. When Obstruction of Justice is the Course of Law, and Tyranny takes over command, this will result in a gigantic,holocaustic, bloody armed conflict…

Judge Posner, who’s no liberal himself, ranked the 43 justices who’ve served on the Supreme Court since 1937 from the most liberal to the most conservative. He concluded that four of the five most conservative justices since 1937 are on the court at this moment: Clarence Thomas, Antonin Scalia, John Roberts, and Sam Alito.

I pray for the people of this country in the dire future that lays ahead. We have forfeited our country to the Progressive (Communist) movement.
How dare us for allowing this to happen!
Now is the time for prayer and resolve. I, for one, will not be herded into the pen of the blind masses. My vision is clear.
I resolve to stand for what’s right for as long as I can; although, I am surrounded by the sheep of a blind society.
I fear that we can not win this battle with the sell out that I perceive.
I have hope in only the fact that I hope God is merciful and forgiving.

Has all of the evidence been delivered to the Joint Chiefs yet ? We should have known that when an honorable man such as Col. Terry Lakin was allowed to be imprisoned for daring to question the eligibility of his pseudo Commander-In-Chief without legitimacy ever even being proven that he was blatantly exposing his fraud while laughing at us all. I am certain that HE was the surprise that was promised by Ahmadinijad and they are likely in total disbelief that he is still somewhat under the radar.
