    What words specifically? The last time that was tried, even the SCOTUS Republicans voted it down.

    A network was fined half a million when Janet Jackson’s nipple showed during a performance in prime time. Calling the daughter of the president a “c” word should be sanctionable. Imagine if Malia Obama is called a “c” word
