    I am concerned about Putin, I am greatly concerned about his alliance with Iran and his supplies to Iran of C-300 rockets as well as his threats against surrounding countries. While he did some positive things for Russians, such as paying off most of the national debt, lowering the taxes to one bracket, one low rate of 13%, building gold reserves and developing national industries in Russia, which is positive, I am still concerned about his ambitions for proliferation as well as lack of strong Democracy in Russia.
