    Most would say yes, if true. No one would

    take such a settlement without IRS approval

    and supervision. Hard to tell if Bloom did

    make the offer as just a “floater.” Need

    more input and details. This seems to be

    a bribe and a quid pro quo. Dubious.

    We are in the middle of an investigation of Jeffrey Katzenberg. We believe there is a connection to Corey Haim. Anyone with inside information post now before it’s too late
