   Why do you need the judge’s permission? What about our rights to free speech and to record historical trial?

   I hope that, at least, you demanded that the judge have a court reporter present who can tape the proceedings so that you can obtain an unadulterated record. In light of court reporters scrubbing the record in previous cases, you really need to bring this to the judge’s attention, especially since court reporters and court clerks are unionized sympathizers of Obama.

   by law there has to be an audio recording of proceedings in federal courts
   A judge can deny video recording. Reporters are allowed to be in court, but not always they can video record

   Double-edged sword here because if the judge rules against you, the Obama supporters will make sure the video gets maximum coverage

   No double edged sword. Either she wins and can distribute the video or audio of the hearing or, if she loses, she can use the video or audio to prove treason.

   Even if the judge does not allow videotaping, maybe one of her supporters who will be there can bring a tape recorder. Just make sure to sit at the front of the courtroom and have a good microphone which can pick up everything everybody says.

   I don’t know if Orly will be able to use anything to prove treason. Regardless of that, I hope she can get the court proceedings recorded because it will be educational for us followers. If anything, I thank the good lurd that we have Orly to fight for us and that she was the first one to ask Obama for his papers. She’s just like one of our founding fathers. One day, they will build a big statue of her and put it up next to the White House.

   Excellent luck, Orly. The monied elite who run this cabal will do all they can to stifle the free speech of those who choose to think differently and that don’t conform to good, religious mores and beliefs that we all should have as long as they’re Christian ideals and that everybody worships Jesus Christ.

   Thank you for all your God given intelligence, courage and determination. I love our country and support you 100% just wish I could donate. Business is extremely slow and I have very little money to survive on myself but pray that God will bring the funds your way to keep you moving and pray that you succeed in this monstrous task you have to help save our beloved country.     I want to wish you a Happy New Year and Health to you with many Blessings from God. Thank you for all that you are doing for all Americans in helping to rid Usurper Obama from the most powerful Office of One Nation Under God the United States.

    My wife and I are afraid to live in this country and plan to move to another Country not Mexico, Canada, Nor the UK. We don’t want to be forced into FEMA Prison Camps. Obama and George Soros, and the UN has bad agendas for the United States. I have been so very depressed over this that before it consumes my life I must go. The bad thing is I do not even think I can get a loan to do so. My wife has got 3rd stage Kidney disease and 3rd stage diabetes and is slowly leaving me. I hope to feel better when you prosecute this terrible man Obama and his comrades.

    I served the United States Army for almost 8 years and am now 100% Disabled Veteran. I was once proud to be an American but with this Usurper Obama playing games of his own and mocking Americas Constitution instead of defending it I no longer am proud to be an American. Once I see you put him in prison I will be proud once again and once he is tried again for his other crimes like giving guns to the enemy to kill our own soldiers in Iraq I then will be even prouder to be an American. There are to many other crimes to mention that he has committed as well as many people in congress and in high office.

    I just want to thank you Dr. Orly so much and Sheriff Joe and Mr. Zulu and all the professionals for this court date 1-3-2013. I pray with every bit of life that God has given me that he is found GUILTY as it has been proven by forensics and he is hand cuffed and marched out into the Federal Penitentiary brought back and sentenced for the rest of his life.

    Dr. Orly Taitz Esquite, I just want to thank you for your work. John A Barrett Sr is not alone in his opinion. I feel the exact same way and am also a 100% service connected disabled veteran. It was good to see his comment as sometimes I feel that I’m all alone with my diminished American pride. My significant other and myself were actually checking into places in Panama and Costa Rica because if things turn for the very worst, I’d rather not be around because I know I would have to get involved in the resistance some how, but would not be able to escape a bad situation I’d likely get myself into. Being labeled a terrorist by Janet Napolitano was about the last straw and know full well from history my family and I would be targeted.
