    Do you know who they were referring to when saying?

    “I think Blackburn is going down next”

    If is Marsha Blackburn is she aware of this and wouldn’t he be good if she herself released this to the pubic.

    This goes beyond defamation. Plotting to present false allegations and evidence to influence an election is a crime. Where is the FCC in all of this. They should be able to terminate a lot of licenses behind all these fake news. You can not hide under the First Amendment when you willfully and knowingly present fake news information to the public to aid and abet in a crime.
