    It seems to me that the superior authority who allowed NBC to sit on this revelation that would have cleared the air and let the confirmation move forward, that person or persons should be held accountable by whoever is in authority to penalize this flagrant action against justice being served.

    In other words, they should pay for their
    deliberate deception.
