    Justified shooting by CMPD.

    1. Had a loaded gun in and on his possession.
Police Chief: ‘He absolutely was in possession of a handgun’

    2. Had been seen with the gun and using drugs by police.

    3. Was told told to drop the gun over 3 times by law enforcement.
    4. Was a convicted felon with a weapon (Gun).
    5. Gun was found to have the hammer cocked and ready to shoot.
Shall I say anything else! Oh………

And it was a Black police officer that shot him.

1)NC is an open carry state. If he actually had a gun, it wouldn’t be ground to shoot.
2)3 videos have been released. Not one shows a gun.
    3) He walked backwards from his vehicle. He was no threat.
    4) He wasn’t even the guy they were looking for. They had no reason to approach him.
    5) There are two parties in this. One is dead and the other party has to justify it.

that is not true, the video shows the gun on the ground and a holster on his ankle. Also, there is a history of him shooting at the police and 7 year prison term for it. Additionally, you hear the wife yelling at him: Keith, don’t do it, don’t do it. What did she mean by it? Don’t read a book? No, she meant don’t shoot at police

They tracked the gun found at scene, stolen and Scott bought it from thief. Let’s see Black Lives Matter try to contort their way out of this truth…
