Q and A What happens to SSN if states secede?
Posted on | November 11, 2012 | 8 Comments
1. First of all SSN is going broke anyways, as it is being raided for Obamacare
2. if the states secede federal gornment would have to repay the seceding states what it collected in SSN
3. when 14 Republics seceded from the Union, there was no money in any of their treasuries, however as the citizens did not have to pay for the federal government, they replenished the funds
4. If the states secede, people will not have to pay 4 months a year in supporting Federal government,

The number of signatures will be no problem as the notion becomes more recognized, but what happens when a putative POTUS tells his “children who BELONG(in his ideation) TO THE GOVERNMENT” that he does NOT accept.
Dear Democratic Party, do you not see what happens when first you practice to deceive and pretend to certify as a candidate someone who does not fulfill the Constitutional mandate of “natural born?”…signed The Founding Fathers

I suppose they never taught Texas v White at Taft Law among other things.

SSN might be going broke, but if States Secede that will completely eliminate any kind of Government Financing of any kind.
This Secede thing will only make bad go to worse, except if this Secede Issue forces the Federal Government to clean up this “OBAMAGATE MESS”, then it could be a Great Idea.
I personally think the best thing we have going right now is Dr. Orly Taitz, Esq., so we should all help her in any and every way that we possible can, as quick as we can, before it’s too late to do anything.

If NY has a petition, where do we sign?

The Right Way:
First of all, please note that Dr. Taitz
is not adverse to secession and gives
the logic behind that thought.
Secondly, everyone is behind her or else
no one would be showing encouragement,
(we don’t count the obot-naysayers; that
goes without saying).
Thirdly, just one suggestion, if you are
reading this, there are threads where your
post is duplicated several times, due to
your not realizing it takes time for it
to post and the moderation notice lingers
on for awhile. Don’t be impatient. Give
it time for the post to become noticed
and published. Sorry, but it is annoying
to me and others, to see so many of the
same post.. sometimes 3 or 4 in a row.
Yikes.

“2. if the states secede federal gornment would have to repay the seceding states what it collected in SSN”
Do you have any law backing up this claim? It appears that Texas v. White would destroy your arguments…

We need to go straight to the source of who can give us the legalities on seniors being able to continue to be on (S.S.) and other programes, due to (maybe) circumstances they didn’t create for themselves! We need to understand everything that is being posted on Dr Orlys’ Site, before this causes some grief to our fellow citizens. And I’m a strong supporter of the Good Dr. and have been from the beginning. As not all Patriots are able to help themselves if they cut their own throats!
