Q and A: can Biden pardon Obama? Yes, of course, but what is the alternative?

to me
Dear Orly, Have you considered the probability, that If Obama were to resign or be impeached,Biden would absolve him from any crimes committed during his tenure as POTUS as did Ford when he pardoned Nixon. So, putting that to one side i must say i admire your efforts to expose Obama. It is patently obvious that the COLB displayed on the Whitehouse website is a fake. And to think all those journalists who know the truth but haven’t got the backbone to stand up ad be counted. I hope that it can be said one day that a courageous woman from Moldavia defeated the most powerful man on the planet. You keep safe now Orly. Best Wishes Mike Jones

    This question begs another.

Say Biden WERE to pardon O’Soebarkah, but then it is found that the Obama/Biden ticken was fraudulent to begin with and the had served a Fauxpresidency for four years….

When that is declared, wouldn’t the “pardon” be nullified and voided and BOTH go to jail?
